I have been a customer since 2017 and I will always be a customer. I took my 2016 Tucson today for normal maintenance. I appreciate how friendly and professional the service staff is. The customer lounge is bright, and bottled water and coffee are available while I waited. My vehicle was even ready earlier than initially anticipated. I always enjoy my visits. Today I met Elizabeth Brent in sakes. I will be sure to refer friends and family to Elizabeth for help when buying either a new or used car. Elizabeth will be who I will be asking for as well.

Worst customer service

Looking for new car , previous client. Thought struck a deal but car slid on me when told it wouldn't Sales mgr called and almost tried to blame me saying can't hold a car etc Just thought slimy way to do business Worst went to general mgr and he wanted to hear nothing and spoke over me even said "it's to early for this" meeting very unprofessional he was a total clown , arrogant pompous a.. !! Didn't even want to hear he now lost 5!!! Customers I sent there after first purchase They act like doing the consumer a favor Joke city

Worst experience ever in any business General manager a lazy , arrogant pompous a.. went to voice displeasure , didn't even go to an office, he sat in computer room with 4 other workers and kept over talkin me as if trying to scare me Lol he couldn't scare a child lol!! A clown to say the least Now I know why all the good people left that dealership

Outstanding sales , finance and leadership staff....

Outstanding sales , finance and leadership staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive to customer needs. Came in to just browse, but ended up test driving and buying , same day, quick and easy. Great and easy car buying experience. Spencer put my needs first and was very helpful in all areas.

Do not buy from this dealership

Bought a car here a year ago and got the concierge oil change upgrade and I have the car companies oil change deal as well. now they don’t offer concierge service and they told me that I only get three oil changes a year. They also have horrible customer service. I will never buy a car from them again and I advise anybody who doesn’t know about cars or contracts do not buy from here. They are liars and cheaters and they give car dealerships a bad name. I bought the car a year ago and have been having problems with than ever since

Don't buy here! Terrible customer service from Jordan...

Don't buy here! Terrible customer service from Jordan Kabranov would not even give out his business card and your in customer service? went in to buy a used car. cash in hand mind you for the purchase this sales person tried selling me everything I did not want along with lo jack. when I asked for the lo jack be removed he stated if it was a deal breaker to buy else where. The dealership putting things on used or new cars not asked for is called fraud, Just because you the dealership/salesmen want it on there does not mean the paying customer wants it. Who are you to tell customers what they have to have? so yes I will spend my money elsewhere. Napleton I thought you were better then what your salesmen made you look like.
