    To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I am frustrated and going to Lute Riley Honda won't fix anything. When buying a used car from their... dealership, I heard over and over from the sales person and manager, "I don't know". I understand I am buying a Chrysler from a Honda dealership, but I would think they would know a little something about the vehicle if they are trying to sell it off their lot. I had a question about the air conditioning and the first guy we spoke to in the Honda service department, said I don't know and walked away. Didn't try to help, didn't offer to see if he could talk to someone else who might help, just walked away. Wow! Customer service doesn't seem to be high on their priority list. I had to return because one of the remotes wasn't working on the vehicle, and before the battery on the remote was replaced, the sales rep told me I can just go buy a battery from the store. I was told Navigation came with the vehicle, but the Maps weren't loaded. Did they offer to help, or call the Chrysler dealership to see what needed to be done? Nope. They said, I don't know. Maybe try to take it to a Chrysler dealership. I won't return to buy a car from them, even if it is a Honda. I am a customer of your dealership, whether I bought a Honda or not. I bought a vehicle from you, but you would think I didn't buy anything from them the way I have been dealt with. Very frustrated and disappointed.

    I dont know where to start Christina called me daily sometimes 3 times a day until she got me to meet with her to make a sale once i bought my 2011 ford... fiesta within 2 weeks i could hear a loud thumping noise when i turn on the A/C i called her immediately and was given the run around finally they got me to the ford dealership because i have the silver plan warranty they told me to drop off car and would charge me 40 a day for rental i couldn't do that so 2 weeks later my check engine light came on i called Christina she told me bring car to service shop when i got there nobody would help me they sent me to ford service when i got there they told me the truth and said its not covered like they told you go back and either get another car at same price or talk to district manager you basically have been screwed over i went back spoke with kenny tang sales manager and he went out and checked the engine light and came back and told me i have a bad catalytic converter and he is sorry but i just got a bad car without blinking a eye i told him i only had this car 4 weeks and Christina dismissed me and wouldn't take my calls so kenny told me they would call me Wednesday after he talk to Ray the district manager and see what they could do PLEASE dont do buisness with christina she is only in it for the commission check i am gonna see what they do for me #SingleMomWithAColegeStudentThatHasBeenRippedOff

    From the outset, the process was quick and easy. The salesmen were very friendly and helpful and our sales person let us explore the different vehicles... without interference, being very helpful in sticking to our budget and parameters. The financing went well even though we were first time borrowers. The people we worked with let us make the decisions and didn't push extras on us that we didn't need. Overall, we were in charge of our experience and we really appreciated that.

    I went to lute riley honda with what I though was a busted transmission mount.but when I went to pick my baby up lab in Castillo told me the mount is fine... in fact he to all mounts are fine.we don't change perfectly fine parts we change bad ones.the Robert medrano said your brake light is out hold on.he came back with new.he replaced the old one free of charge.thank you to all the staff at lute riley honda I love you guys!!!!!!ps salesman joe Harrell sold me my 2003 honda civic this car looks brand new and runs like it looks!!!!

    Don't waste your time here. These people are EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I called about a used car they had and, since I live a couple hours away,... set up an appointment. Assuming that they would at least hold the car until my appointment time, (they failed to mention that they wouldn't hold it), I headed there. I arrived nearly an hour early for my appointment and THEY HAD ALREADY SOLD THE CAR! Wouldn't it be common courtesy to call me and let me know that they were selling the car? Yes, of course, but they didn't bother! When I arrived and found out I had just wasted two and a half hours worth of gas for no reason at all, I asked to see the manager. Of course then they try to sell me something else that's almost double the price, appraise my truck for $1000 BELOW blue book trade in value, and refuse to budge at all on the price of the second used vehicle. These people are highly unprofessional. The salesperson I ended up looking at the second car with was also rude. She made it sound like I was being ridiculous for expecting them to hold a vehicle for an appointment. I wouldn't have been upset if they had told me when I set up the appointment that they had a first come first serve policy, but of course they did not.

    Extremely disappointed with the service department. I set up an appointment for my car to have some recall work completed. The appointment was set up a... week prior. Appointment for the car was at 3:30pm dropped off the car at 2:50pm. The service tech Mike Ellis checked me in and promised me a time of completion of the car at 5pm. I called an uber and left to run some errands. Got a ride from a friend and made it back to the dealership at 5:30pm. And when I went to see Mike, he went back to check on the car and the car was not even touched at. His response was please have a seat we will have it done I asked him how long he said before we close at 7pm, expecting me to wait for another 1hr and half. I got a little frustrated and his response was go run some more errands we have a lot going on back there. I asked for my car back and took the car to Honda Cars of McKinney and got the work completed within 2 hours the very next day. When I asked for the car back he didn’t try to accommodate me in any way but said okay wait here and got the car. I am an owner of 3 Honda’s and I purchased and got my cars services from Lute Riley, they have definitively lost all my business.

    "Standard Oil Change & Airbag Replacement" Normally I go to the dealer where I bought my Pilot, but decided to try Lute Riley Honda which... is closer to home. My Service Rep was TD (Tim Dick) and he was very thorough explaining what was going to be done and how long it would take which determined that I decided to wait. I had a coupon but TD produced a coupon which provided better savings. He was very professional, congenial, and helpful. They did an oil change with tire rotation, a complimentary multi-point inspection and airbag replacement and it was completed within 2 hours. The waiting room offered 3 TV's, bottled water, coffee machine, donuts, and soft comfortable leather chairs. My car was hand-washed and ready for me. I would recommend TD highly. He made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. Thanks, TD, for a positive service visit.

    The name speaks for itself, Jason was beyond great to me. My infiniti window somehow miraculously raised down and would not roll up again. Mr. Jason Greathouse... is an exceptional service director! He truly helped me out with my vehicle, I cant say enough about how he went beyond the call to figure out a solution for me. I cannot say enough about the staff here, they truly care and all about helping people out and fixing your car issues!
