Quick & efficient

SMOOTH TIME

MY MOTHER AND I RECIVEED A PRE APPROVED CARLOAN ONE OF MANY THAT COME IN THE MAIL THIS ONE I TOOK A SHOT TO SEE IF IT WAS WHAT IS SET OUT TO BE I CALLED THE DEALER MADE A APOINTMENT WE GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND MR YOUSUF WAS THE SALESMAN TODAY EXPERIENCE WAS FAR BETTER WHAT THOUGHT IT WOULD BE IT WAS NO GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH NUMBERS WHAT I ASK FOR THATS WHAT WAS DONE SO I CAN SAY IF I WAS TO BUY A NOTHER CAR THIS THE PLACE I WOULD USED

Car mantinance

I always take my car for service maintenance and Brian the service advisor is just wonderful, very professional. He always really knows exactly what I need and like.

From NY and tranny died

Jeep Patriot died - towed to AAA service station where the dx was a dead tranny.and 3700 dollar bill. I called the Jeep dealer in Ny and he told me we were covered under warranty. Called DarCars and they not only had the car towed free of charge they informed me we were covered but for a small copay of 100 dollars. Such honesty lately i have never seen. I have such raves for DarCars especially Dwight!!

New Car/First Time Buyer/Jeep Owner

I have had the best experience as a first time buyer at this location. I had the pleasure of working with Jeffery Gaona from sales and Nora from finance. Jeffery has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the car i wanted. He even emailed me the difference between the two cars i wanted. He always responds to my emails/text and calls in a timely manner. Nora, was very helpful in helping me find a car note that was reasonable and even call a geico rep to give me a insurance quote. Thanks to her doing that i was able to afford my 2018 Jeep Compass. Overall i have had the best experience at this dealership they are awesome and have great customer service skills.

Excellent customer service.
