I am the father of the below reviewer "Prospective Buyer" with the title of "Disappointed". Actually, I have to say this was a "misunderstanding" from my son. I was really sorry that his comment may have damaged Super Bee Auto's reputation. This was the first car that we were going to buy for him. So, he had a very high expectation of his "First" dreamed car. Being not aware that we were shopping an "used" vehicle (2004 model), he was quite disappointed when he saw a few minor problems on the inspection report. It was very common to find a few minor issues with used cars. The car was in pretty good condition, comparing with its age. The price was pretty good too. In the end, we decided not to purchase this car. Simply because we didn't want to make a decision too quickly, and decided to shop around more places. After all, this was the first dealer that we shopped. As a matter of fact, I had a very pleasant shopping experience with Super Bee Auto. Mr. Othman was a very professional businessman. He let us keep the car for over 3 hours, including two plus hours in car inspection. The car was really good overall. He didn't push us to buy the car after we told him that we would not buy the car. I personally really appreciated with Mr. Othman's profession. The shopping experience in Super Bee was very pleasant and comfortable. We never felt pressured. Even we didn't purchase the car from Super Bee, I still recommend that this is a good place to shop around.

I had a very good experience with Mr. Othman. He went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of the vehicle. Sold the car to me at a good price and even fixed two minor issues with the car without charge. I would recommend them to others.

I had come out to check out one of their vehicles. The price was decent and it had low miles. When I arrived, the car was already running (who knows how long it had been running before I got there). Instantly I was very suspicious of the car. I proceeded to check out the car inside and out, and the car was in very clean condition. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary besides the paint on the rear bumper was cracking and bubbling and chipping. After I turned the vehicle off, I tried turning it back on and it would not start. The salesperson jumped the battery and allowed us to take it for a test drive. However, as a final means of security, I took the car to a nearby Infiniti dealer to get it inspected professionally. This is probably the best step anyone can make when buying a used car. I was told that there were SEVERAL problems with the car (including indicators of damage) that the salesperson did not disclose. Infiniti estimated over $2600 in total repairs for the car to be brought back to spec. The inspection cost $125 but in the end, it saved me from blowing money on the sticker price plus repair costs on top. Bottom line: Be VERY CAREFUL if you're interested in a vehicle at this dealer, or any dealer for that matter. Always get a professional to inspect the car prior to purchasing it. It might sound like a lot of money but it will save you lots and lots over buying it blindly and have to repair it on your own. At the minimum, bring a knowledgeable person with you. I was disappointed that this car had problems (and costly ones too). Will not recommend or consider buying from this dealer again.

This was my first experience with Super Bee Auto. I drove all the way from DC to see the vehicle. The vehicle was everything I expected it to be and more. We were looking for a car for our son. We actually drove to Chantilly to look at a different car, but noticed the perfect car in a neighboring lot. Although this dealer was closed on Sunday, we called the number listed on the door. He came right over to meet us on a Sunday. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. We bought the car that day. We were so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the owner. We highly recommend this dealer, great cars at a fair price!
