I reached out to them by email to ask about SUV pricing.

I reached out to them by email to ask about SUV pricing. They replied at first, but then stopped responding. Later, I went to the dealership in person, but they wouldn’t work with me on the price—they said all prices were fixed and couldn’t be changed. The only good thing was that they had a bilingual staff member, but that was about it. Les escribí por correo electrónico para preguntar sobre los precios de una SUV. Al principio respondieron, pero luego dejaron de contestar. Después fui directamente al concesionario, pero no quisieron negociar el precio—dijeron que todos los precios eran fijos y que no se podían cambiar. Lo único bueno fue que tenían a una persona bilingüe trabajando allí, pero eso fue todo.

My service rating was excellent.

My service rating was excellent. That is a rating of 5. Thanks for the entertainment also. It will help take me a week to adjust the driver seat, mirrors, height of the seat, etc. it was a good experience. Thanks to Casey and company.

The person that helped me was Dylon, very professional.

The person that helped me was Dylon, very professional. He addressed what I needed, offered additional stuff for the car, I declined at this time. He was very efficient. They took care of the car and he let me know when it was finished and took me to the checkout.

I think it's ridiculous to charge 3% if using a credit

I think it's ridiculous to charge 3% if using a credit card. Makes the dealership come across as cheap. I think Warren Buffett can afford it. Raise your price a little, but don't come across so cheap.
