2022 highlander should have left but seven hours buying

2022 highlander should have left but seven hours buying new car. So tired didn’t pay enough attention to iPad that jumped my 6% to 10%! 3 years later things promised are now dropping off contract and paying for things “covered” I could write for hours of issues. Bottom line I will NEVER buy or use service dept again

I left my email address, but not my phone number, since the phone number was an optional choice, but didn’t get a confirmation from them regarding if the vehicles I inquired about were still available.

Service at this dealership is a 5 provided you get the right advisor. The rating is gave is because of how lackluster the facility is. The age of the building shows especiallyon the walls. It would be nice to walk into the facility and it look like a place you don't mind waiting for your vehicle in.
