Overall good buying experience.

The team was professional and fair on the trade in side of the transaction and very knowledgeable on the new vehicle side of the transaction. Finance team is stellar. Would buy from them again.

Good service

Always get great service. The service writer, Lee Schuster, answers every question and explains what services were preformed. I trust Lee to make the call on any needed repair.

Customer since 2005

I have been a Toyota owner since 2005 when I purchased my Sequoia. When my previous service advisor left Toyota of Richardson to pursue other opportunities, I was not certain that I would find another one who was as attentive as him. However, Alan Bostley has done a tremendous job feeling those big shoes. Alan is very professional, and attentive yet personable. He's very accessible and does a great job explaining the services that are needed to keep my vehicle running to it's maximum performance. When things have gone wrong, which they have. Alan tries very hard to make things right and I appreciate that and feel valued as customer. Alan and the excellent customer service are why I continue to bring my vehicle to Toyota of Richardson. 6th month service cycle

Lee was of great help in handling the scheduled service, the zaktek and couple little parts that needed taken care of on my vehicle. My toyota looks great and I will continue to use TOR. This makes the 7th vehicle my family has purchased at Toyota of Richardson and all service is done with them.

good pricing

They have competitive pricing but their customer service isn't the best.. cheaper price for newer models.. just be patient for the price of getting a cheaper car

No hassle. Great service

My sales rep, Randy Penn, provided excellent service to ensure we found the vehicle we wanted with the features we wanted. There was no pressure to put us in a vehicle they were trying to move off the lot and none of the back and forth negotiating with the sales manager.

my daughter inlaw bought my car in las vegas, but I spend more time in dallas on my travels and actually enjoy taking my car in for service at the richardson service center. they are friendly, kind and helpful. I've had my car since june 5th 2016 and have already put over 9000 miles on it. I love my car and have had very few issues with it.
