I had an issue with a squeaky sound coming from the front
I had an issue with a squeaky sound coming from the front left wheel. Park Place service told us that a left strut is the issue. They replaced the strut, but the problem is still there. They charge us $819.93 for replacing the strut that should not be replaced and do not want to refund the money. The issue is still not fixed. Terrible service consistently . Terrible every time I go there. Update: I took my mdx back to the service, because they promised that they will fix what they didn’t know how to fix the first time. After a week , they called me and said that the strut they installed was faulty and they installed it again . I picked up my Mdx, and guess what. The squeaky sound is still there. They didn’t fix anything at all. I’m not sure if they don’t know how to do it or they just don’t care about their customers safety. They need to hire qualified people who know how to do their job or at least teach them not to lie their customers.

I bought my wife an MDX that had been a loaner.
I bought my wife an MDX that had been a loaner. It was CPO with very low miles and painless through the process. The price was exactly as stated and no surprises or xx. Pretty fair deal and an easy process. My wife is happy!
