REFUSED service due to excessive mileage. I purchased vehicle here in 2007. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Sad

Recall on airbag for my GMC truck they busted my dashboard and refuse to fix it I got in touch with the Chevrolet company this been going on for 3 weeks now problems still not solved

I dealt with Jody Ward throughout the entire buying process. He was able to find the truck I was looking for even with the shortage going on. The entire staff was accommodating and professional. The facility was spotless and had plenty of space to walk around. My son who is 5 was offered snacks and drinks, which kept him occupied while we conducted business.

I have had the most positive experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle because of Chuck Fairbanks Chevrolet. In my past experiences buying a car, as a female, I never felt like I had a fair experience. Jeff Sorrells, my salesman, has made a very positive impression on me. I feel that I have been given a fair deal. After my first experience I have gained so much trust with Mr. Sorrells that I dont feel the need to check other dealers. I have now purchased several vehicles from them. I just cant say enough good thinks about Jeff Sorrells, Chuck Fairbanks and all the staff. The service is outstanding. My experience with the dealership was phenomenal. As a female who is NOT an expert at the whole auto buying experience, I was looking for a dealership that would listen to my needs and provide me with some honest guidance on new truck purchase options and not try to sell me something I did not want just to make a sale. I was very specific. What I received was much more. I met a TEAM of people working together to meet my needs and exceed my expectations. I had seamless customer service, focused attention to detail, a dealership unit working around my schedule, and doing everything they could to get me what I wanted. Which, by the way, took less than 48 hours. And absolutely NO pressure during the entire experience. As a result, I was able to purchase the exact vehicle that I wanted, at the price I wanted, in the color I wanted (and yes, this makes a difference) and I am so HAPPY!! Plus the service doesnt end with the purchase. My salesman, Larry Carter (who actually returns your call) has assisted me with accessory component purchases that I wanted to personalize my vehicle and provided friendly advice on maintenance upkeep that I inquired about for future reference.
