AMAZING Service

I enjoyed purchasing my new 2015 Chevy Camaro from Friendly Chevrolet. They had excellent customer service since the moment I stepped into the building. I had pre printed out all my credit approval confirmations, insurance information , and trade in value. Even though i was prepared 110% the sales man Joey and his management staff, and financial staff were able to help me get a even better deal than what I expected. They made purchasing my vehicle so easy and fast. I spent only 1.5 hours at the dealership test driving and choosing the vehicle. The next day I returned to sign the paperwork, get my car detailed and was out in less than 1 hour. I had never had such a easy and fast purchase on a vehicle. I would recommend and have recommended this dealership to many since my purchase date! I am one satisfied customer

Collision repair

This is one if the best dealership experiences I have had in a long time. My service was completed in a timley manner and my specicalist was a pleasure to work with. My only problem was I asked for my day running parking light to be repaired at the time of service but realized later that it wasn't. Other than that it was a great experience.

bought 2014 Chevy SS - used

Purchased 2014 Chevy SS. I had been looking for this specific car for awhile, had found one but was not the right color. Jarvis Lacy stayed in touch with me and informed me when they had taken the exact car I wanted and it was the color I wanted as well. He was great to work with, everyone at Friendly Chevrolet was just that ... FRIENDLY! The vehicle was in need of cleaning and still needed to go through certification which happened faster than I expected but was surprised when I went back to pick it up. Oh, they put me in a loaner car in between completing the paperwork and delivery, which was wonderful! So upon delivery, I sat with their Concierge who reviewed features of the car, made sure I knew how to use everything, and informed me that if I ever had a question about how to use something or needed help they would always be there for me. This has not only been a great experience but the best car purchase transaction I've experienced. Last thought, Jarvis was extremely sincere and appreciative of my business, and so was the manager, Todd. Thank you all, I love my car and would highly recommend your dealership.

Very friendly deal

Employess were so, how can i put it in one word, bonding. They tried there absolute best for us (the clients) to obtain our car and perhaps, in my situation, the car of my dreams. Clean facility. Great food as well. Funny and very professional people. Just such a good experience.

Conviently located near The medical district in Dallas. If you work at Parkland, Children's, or UT Southwestern then it's by far the best choice if you value quality and convenience.
