Bose Motors

Found a couple of cars on line at he Bose site decided to make the 50 mile drive and was more than happy to end up purchasing a vehicle that was to new to make the on line list. So far (9 days) everything is working fine and I am enjoying my "new" vehicle, can safely say they are nice people were good to work with and all parts of the buying process went quick and smooth.

I drove 30 minutes here in rush hour traffic. Prior to coming, I called the manager. I was hesitant to come because his phone etiquette was 2 shakes from upsetting. Monotoned, unenthusiastic, and nonchalant. That was an indicator for what was to come. When I get there, the guy who I spoke with (desks is the closest to the entrance) was on a business call and passed me over to an elderly man with white hair. Yes, he was busy with another customer (the guy on the phone felt the phone call was more important than helping a customer), but that wasn't the worst part. I ask them what does "no hassle" prices mean. He told me that the price on the cars were non negotiable. And that all the cars were in great condition with great prices. I think he thought I was the typical female so I called him on it. Almost every single car had rust around the rims over the tires. Much was being covered with bondo and a lot wasn't. You would have to go underneath. He told me that the rotors were rusted from sitting there for a month. When I started to question the condition of the cars, the guy was no longer in sight. If you are desperate go here. Fortunately for me, I am not. Check the cars for rust underneath and everywhere! Or you will be like Fred Flinstone with your feet through the floor. The guy detailing the cars had more customer service in his pinky toe than the entire store.

Bose Motors in Chicago is a great place to buy a car. After I purchased the car I was Out driving and went in the store and came back out to start the car and thought it Would not start however the 2006 Cadillac SRX motor was so quiet I didn't hear it So I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bose Motors in Chicago.......

Saw the car online. Looked for cars on the internet all over the country. Their price beat anyone. Drove 4 hours to get there and the car was exactly what they said it was. I highly recommend buying a car from these guys. They promptly returned numerous emails, texts, phone calls etc.

My family has been purchasing quality used cars from Bose Motors for several years for a variety of different needs. Bob and Sean Bailey have always catered to our needs and have been extremely helpful throughout the buying process. Most importantly, they are honest and upfront with every customer who walks on to the lot. The quality of the cars are easily the best in that area and match up against any used car dealer. You would be hard pressed to find better deals for the quality of the cars they consistently carry. My current car was purchased from Bose, a 2000 Audi A4 Quattro, and I will not search anywhere else for my next car. Thanks, Bob and Sean, for all you do!

Long story short i came from Milwaukee to this lot to buy a car. Seein as i live 2hrz away i cane wit cash far as them gettn cars out to let me drive there service was fast. But i eventually bought the car i came to get. Proble is next day i was feeling up on gas when i noticed car was smoking. They refuse to pay for repairs. After paying over 8thousand cash on a car ill never buy from them again.

Dealing with these guys makes the car buying process simple. A great selection, prices better than a full dealership and customer service that is real. I worked with John, this guy is classic Chicago. He was knowledgeable and willing to help. Though the lot was getting ready to close he was willing to wait around as I was getting off a little late from work. I purchased a Lexus and couldn't be happier. I dont usually go online to review places unless my experience was over the top awesome and that's what this experience was. When you are in the market for a car make sure Bose is your first and last stop.

Fast and professional experience I did my research found that this dealer had the Tahoe I wanted within my budget. Contacted the dealer set up a test drive and purchased. They appeared to have very clean cars priced very reasonably.

Great Deals, wouldnt go anywhere else in the future coming here first.

If this dealer learns how to treat people a little bit more nicely, They will sell cars more often. I was there one day and looking to buy 2 vehicles but ended up going right across the street because this retired Cop family was bitter. Also check up on the carfax because they wont tell you anything.
