good buying experience

narrowed down my search to two models at two dealerships....Sejad was by far the most helpful between the two dealerships. went thru several options for financing and my trade in. I ended up being pleased with the final numbers. the color/model i wanted wasnt in stock at the dealership and they found one instantly and arranged to have it delivered for me. We went thru all the bells and whistles when i took delivery. We had arranged for some after market accessories and those were ordered and installed as agreed. Sejad was sure to show me around the showroom and introduce me to the service department and explain the service process. Very nice job.

Helpful and straightforward

My family and I were in search of a new vehicle and within 2 minutes of browsing the lot we were greeted by the salesman, asked us a few questions based on our needs, and narrowed down the available options. We really appreciated the level of professionalism Sejad showed us, would definitely recommend his service to friends.

Great Experience!

Alen was great to work with! He was very patient, asked great questions and guided me through to a new MDX purchase. I have purchased new SUVs before and never had the attention to detail that Alen put in - making sure that I knew everything about my new car before driving off the lot. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Alen and Acura of Johnston.

I contacted the dealership through you. They new I was on the way but chose to wholesale the vehicle before got there. We had purchased two vehicles there in the past but will never do so from here on out.

Purchase of a new RDX.

We had an excellent experience. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered our questions. Alen was very helpful in negotiating a reasonable purchase price for our RDX and we were pleased with the interaction. We know he is still available to answer any questions that we might have and has also followed up by phone to see if everything was going well with our new vehicle. We thank you for your attention.
