2017 mdx
We came in and we're looking for a 2017 mdx gray tech they sold them and to find out Acura stopped making those colors in the new models only a lighter color gray . Me and my wife Pam managed to get used to the color while the sales man jasmine helped get us the best deal possible spoke to the manager easy to get along with the process overall was not the easiest since the dealership was busy but we enjoyed our service with Acura of Johnston thank you guys for your service

Friendly &smooth sale
Jasmin Was very pleasant and honest with me and not pushy at all we felt very welcomed with the 2011 BMW x5 we purchased we were even out of town. here for our sons game and we truly felt well taken care of and helped by the Acura of Johnston team . Professional and prompt
Greeted immediately upon pulling up- they were expecting me and double checked the appointment needs. Was in and out very quickly with a complementary car wash to top it off. Great service once again!

They owe me $1395! GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR ACURA!
My $500 refundable hold fee has not been refunded...and I purchased the car over 3 weeks ago! After numerous unanswered voicemails left for Anthony (GM), he confirmed it hadn't been refunded and said it would be refunded. That was 2 weeks ago! I also prepaid $895 for an exterior and interior protection product. The local supplier said they have not been paid, so I can not schedule the installment. I have asked for a refund for these products, and NO answer. I have contacted a lawyer. Reported them to BBB.
