Great Service

I have been an Acura owner for many years..once an Acura owner always an Acura owner. I am one that although I am not excited about car shopping I still want the experience with all the senses involved. Seeing, touching, smelling and speaking with a sales rep who can answer my questions on the spot. I am a busy woman but the internet just doesn't cut it for me. This last week when I walked onto the lot to see what was available I was met by Elvis Felic, a sales and leasing consultant for Acura of Johnston. Now as a woman it can always be somewhat intimidating shopping for a car but not with Elvis. He answered my questions he was patient, knowledgeable of the vehicles AND he was honest with me. he made my experience hassle free! So if 'ELVIS is in the building' , speak with him, I highly recommend him! I highly recommend Acuras, and I recommend Acura of Johnston.

Great service

Best car being experience. Elvis Felic greeted me with a smile. Elvis Felic was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. Elvis made sure I was satisfied with the purchase and took the time to walk me through the buying process. Elvis showed me all the features on my new car, and offered to answer any additional questions. It was truly a great experience working with Elvis. I would recommend Acura of Johnston to my friends and family. I would tell them to work with Elvis for the best sales experience.
