Dishonest dealership

Bought a brand new suburban in February 2023. Window sticker had roof rails that cost me $600. They were not on the vehicle at delivery and my salesman Mick said he would personally see to it that I would have them delivered before spring break as we had a family road trip. Well, that passed and we never received them. Here we are over 60 days later and I still never received an item that I was charged for. Mick does not respond to my text messages for a status update. The dealer won’t refund my item as I have already purchase them due to our road trip. Beware of this salesman and the dealership. If they fix this issue with my refund, I will come back and update this, but for now it will stay.

Honest Fair Pricing and Great Service

2 Thumbs up. Easy transparent fair pricing. Did not try to add things you don’t need. Highly recommended!!! You will be treated well here. Definitely, will come back for my next purchase. Melissa Williams was great to work with

Amazing dealership and staff

Had an amazing experience at this dealership buying my first brand new vehicle. Mina, along with everyone else were very kind and helpful throughout the entire quick and painless process! Would recommend this place over and over again!

If only every transaction was as smooth and as hon

Steve Fraley is the best auto/financial advisor that there ever was, is or ever will be. He's transparent, funny, kind and is bursting with encyclopedic level of knowledge in regards to how sales and cars work in the automotive industry. They really don't make people like this anymore. I'm odl fashioned & he appreciated that from the get go that I wanted to meet in person. The finance specialist Debbie impressed me with her masters degree in finance. She was approachable, masterful in the art of negotiating with the bank to get me the APR I wanted & more importantly she won my loyalty when I saw how open & ethical she was. Debbie taught me a few things I didn't know. Last and certainly not least, George a Senior Technician updated and set up my navigation system which was done to perfection. He really values and loves his profession as they do all. Toyota should promote, increase their wages and offer them cars for the level of integritry, efficiency and dedication they put everyday.

Warning for anyone looking from out of State.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Dealership. I traveled from Louisiana to come buy a new truck. The Salesman knew I was coming the day before and I texted on my way. Approx. 20 minutes away from the Dealership the salesman calls me to tell me if I give him a deposit now they can hold the truck because someone local was there looking at it. I told him I was 20 minutes away that he could hold it. In my opinion, that's pretty shady anyway. You're are saying I could lock another customer out of the deal while he or she was driving it by giving you a deposit. I reminded them I was 20 minutes away and would be there shortly. I arrived and they claimed the truck was at their Ford Dealership now working on Financing with the other customer. It cost me a 1/2 day vacation and over $100 in fuel for these games. I did contact the dealership prior to writing this but all I got was weak excuses. This is for anyone that is thinking of traveling here to buy a vehicle. It cost you money for their games not the dealership.

Hi Ricky, We appreciate your feedback. In the current market vehicles sell quickly. That is why we ask for a deposit to hold a vehicle before someone makes a long drive. We did not have a deposit on that truck from you and another customer showed up (who was from out of town as well) to purchase the vehicle. We apologize for the miscommunication and we never want to put a customer in this position. We hope you give us a second chance down the road. Julie Standley HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She lies on customers to justify her wrong doings. She does not follow through with policy and procedures. When she is given instructions the task in hand is not completed. She is very very unprofessional when dealing with her. She is all over the place even with clear & concise directions. If she is the only service advisor in the building & my car is broke down I would rather walk than to have to deal with her again.
