I own a Chevy Bolt which is under the manufacturer recall

I own a Chevy Bolt which is under the manufacturer recall to replace its battery pack. Nick the service advisor took great care to understand why my car's battery pack was not functioning as it should - he consulted with GM's battery rep and ordered the replacement battery pack. Within a week the new battery was installed. Will not go the any other Chevy dealer in the future since Classic is the best! thanks also the David the sales manager who assisted in the process.

Drove an hour to this dealership to buy a new truck.

Drove an hour to this dealership to buy a new truck. We get there and the truck is also 10000 more than advertised. Stay away from changing prices!

We do not price over MSRP so not sure what you're saying and not leaving a name OR not knowing who you talked to doesn't help us much. All of our online prices are honored.

No one said you priced over MSRP, i stated that your internet price is NOT the price of the truck!! Your internet price is different than what the salesman told us at the dealership and the price i was emailed from Phillip is different than both the online advertised price and the price listed at the dealership!!!

I had a very hard time looking for a car especially as a new immigrant in this country, but Mick was able to help me afford my dream car. I was anxious of going to a dealership because of several bad reviews but this dealership listened to my needs in terms of financing and helped me achieved them. Thank you so much classic dealership and thanks mick! I will go back to Mick for future purchases and refer him to my friends.

Dishonest dealership

Bought a brand new suburban in February 2023. Window sticker had roof rails that cost me $600. They were not on the vehicle at delivery and my salesman Mick said he would personally see to it that I would have them delivered before spring break as we had a family road trip. Well, that passed and we never received them. Here we are over 60 days later and I still never received an item that I was charged for. Mick does not respond to my text messages for a status update. The dealer won’t refund my item as I have already purchase them due to our road trip. Beware of this salesman and the dealership. If they fix this issue with my refund, I will come back and update this, but for now it will stay.

Justin was very thoughtful and at tentative to me

Justin was very thoughtful and at tentative to me throughout my time with my Bronco order process. He communicated well and within a timely manner. The day of the actual purchase, my wife and I were in & out within the hour with the purchase, which is unheard of in comparison to the previous lengthy processes I’ve had at other dealerships. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our purchase and will continue to be Classic customers.

Great buying experience.

Great buying experience. No xx, no dealer add ons or markups. A majority of the other dealerships in the Houston area try to force you into buying “protection packages” for upwards of $3K, that won’t happen here. Royce Seay is a good dude and I’ll definitely buy from him and Classic Galveston again in the future.

Had a great experience with Mina and Classic Toyota.

Had a great experience with Mina and Classic Toyota. They don't add extra fees, premiums, or useless packages - pricing was very straightforward. Communication was great and I was in and out with my new car in a very reasonable amount of time. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Mina.
