I looked online all over Fort Myers and Naple area Fl, nothing was found so i check Fort Lauderdale and seen what i was looking did a inquiry online and got a call back. Spoke with Bobby while i was on vacation, told what i had for a down payment and what i was willy to pay per month, credit check went well, was good to sign paperwork on Friday the same day and pick up my 2024 CX 90 on Saturday. It was very simple.

Good and polite salesman (Oliver), awful manager

we were buying our 5th Mazda in the last 15 years. Still using the old sales techniques from the 80's, trying to rip you off (call the manager to try to negotiate and make tired). After a few day of negotiation we finally agree to an out the door price that included $500 loyalty discount. After texting back and forth and agreeing in price and conditions we drove back to the dealership. After filling all documentation out they came with the surprise that they couldn't give us the loyalty discount because we sold our Mazda car (to use the money for down payment) three days before. I didn't walk away because I was already too tired...they won, ripped me off again. At the end, they always find a way to charge you more.

Worst experience I have ever had buying a car.

Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I was pressured to buy a vehicle from Mazda. I got a car I did not like. I went back to see if I could trade the car for another model. The sales guy Leighton rolled his eyes at me and blew his breath. His manager Mike came out and said I have an attitude because I would not smile at him. 1st Mike says, oh I will call the owner of the dealership and see what I can do, then he comes back to me with figures written down on a paper. Mike told me I would have to make a down payment if I wanted another model. I told Mike they never asked me for a down payment, so I was not sure why he would ask me for a down payment. Mike became upset. Raised his voice at me and began to walk away. So I raised my voice as well, I told Mike, I was sitting here speaking with you and being nice. Now you are raising your voice at me. Mike says oh, I will see if we paid off you car, if we did there is nothing we can do. The car was not paid off. He lied and said it was. Mike huffed and puffed at me continued to raise his voice and said oh there is nothing I can do for you. Mile is a liar. Leighton is a liar. They begged and pressured me to get a car I do not want. I just wanted my car back and the transaction reversed. My mom has sent the dealership alot of leads. And Mike had the nerve to raise his voice and speak down to me. I will never buy another car from this dealership. Stay away from this place that are scammers who want people to give huge down payments. If you don’t they treat you like crap. And they love to be rude and yell at women.

Once again I am a satisfied Gunther Mazda service

Once again I am a satisfied Gunther Mazda service customer after visiting their center this week. After being told that no appointments were available until next Monday I requested that the manager please call me as I have a road trip scheduled to NY Monday. Anna was very accommodating by getting me in early the next morning. Anthony listened to any concerns and offered me a better service price than my emailed coupons. I appreciate the live inspection video they send. He is always professional, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond as my service representative.

I have never been more disappointed in an organization.

I have never been more disappointed in an organization. I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX5 turbo in 2021. I brought it in for my first oil change with Gunther Mazda to take advantage of the complimentary oil changes. They put in the wrong engine oil. I was extremely upset as it was a new car and you would expect better service coming from a Mazda dealership. They made it right and picked up my car with a tow truck and they changed the oil. I came in for my second complimentary oil change and tire rotation and was helped by Teri GR (Assistant Service manager) . At this time I politely told her that if they could be sure to put in the correct oil as they made a mistake the first time. I was not even acknowledged thinking she did not hear me so I stated it again only to be told “ I heard you the first time”. I was upset but held my tongue thinking maybe she had a bad day. After 2 hours and 50 mins my car was finished and I was pleased that Teri told me for the long wait they waived the tire rotation. However, it was not until I picked up my paper work that yet again they put in the wrong engine oil. At this point I was clearly upset and yes I raised my voice. Mazda CX5 turbos use SAE-5W30 it clearly states it on the oil cap. After trying to prevent a mistake like this and waiting almost 3 hours I was extremely upset. They tried to tell me that the computer prints OW20 oil on all customers invoices. However, that sounds like the BIGGEST LOAD OF BS. What dealership would not be documenting the correct oil used for customers cars. Mike Y the service manager also tried to back peddle and blame the computer. However, if this was the case they would have warned me from the beginning knowing the mistake they made the first time, especially since I brought it to their attention of Teri before the second service was started. To make matters worse I marked my tires to be sure they did the tire rotation. They rotated them by just putting the front on the back and the back on the front. However they did not complete the recommended Mazda manual tire cross rotation which is required for AWD vehicles. I will NEVER do business with you again. I love my Mazda but will be sure to share my story of your service department's negligence. It is sad that a person can not even get a simple tire rotation and oil change. For the safety of all customers I encourage everyone to get service elsewhere. If Gunther Mazda can not get the simple stuff right God only knows the mistakes they are making on the big stuff.

I was told by the service manager and advisor that they did not care and would not repair the defect on my new SUV and that I should take it where I bought it. I don't recommend this place for anything

This is my second purchase with Gunther Mazda, a cx5 2021

This is my second purchase with Gunther Mazda, a cx5 2021 and a trade in to a 2022 cx9. In both occasions Nik Cani and Ossie Ferrufino the sales manager went out of their way to accommodate my particular situation. I am very grateful for their efforts and courtesy, even though it was way past closing hours. Also worth mentioning is Mike Yonak the service manager, a super friendly and knowledgeable individual who was extremely helpful, especially with the first vehicle (cx5) that I owned.

1.- After calling 5 times and leaving messages to each one of the individuals in charge and also leaving a message through the Service Assistant I finally was able to communicate with someone. 2.- Prices are not clearly stated or communication is not addressed properly, actually I consider it mediocre or it is part of a business strategy. On this issue I highly recommend customers to get a brocken "statement" of what it is going to be performed before agreeing to a work.
