Very satisfied Let me start with this that I'm very happy with my used 2007 Chevy impala that I purchased from Blue Ridge auto sales their services great fast specially DMV work was done overnight and I had my tags right the next day so that was fast and easy also very helpful sales people so I went and told my friends and family to go to Blue Ridge auto sales for best used quality cars and best prices their cars are priced way below Kelley Blue Book so I have set my mind that I'm definitely going to tell all my friends and neighbors i'm also going there definitely for my next car so thank you very much we'll done job and see you soon again for my next car thank you again (Sam) sales person.

I visited the car lot approximately a year ago for a Honda odyssey and soon as I visited the sales manager I decided to do business with them. Their prices are not only low but to tell you the truth very reasonable . I have been driving my van now for a year and it is awesome I will definitely do business with them in the future not only because of their low prices but also the excellent management and kind attitude of the blue ridge staff. Several months ago I was looking for a vehicle for my college daughter who just recently got her drivers license. I contacted Martin at Blue Ridge Auto Sales regarding a 2007 Pontiac Vibe with very low miles. I missed on that vehicle as someone else had just purchased it. Martin and I kept in touch and about a month later Martin told me he just got in a 2010 Pontiac Vibe in excellent shape! Martin said he thought it would be a perfect vehicle for my daughter!I told Martin I needed to have the vehicle inspected by a dealership first. Martin had no problem with that request. Since I lived several states away from Va. Martin agreed to drive the vehicle to a dealership I called and that I arranged to have the vehicle inspected at. Martin left the vehicle there to be inspected. Well Martin was right! The vehicle was in great shape. I've had several other used vehicles inspected before purchasing them and dealerships are always VERY critical during their inspections! To be honest Basically thats WHY I take them to dealerships! They "nit pick". I've passed on 3 other vehicles I had inspected by dealerships in other states. Well Martin was right, The dealership could only come up with: your gonna need two rear tires "down the road". Your gonna need front brake pads "down the road" and your gonna need wind shield wiper blades "down the road". That was IT! Then the service mgr said the vehicle is actually in great shape and that someone must have really taken care of it. Since I was driving the vehicle several states away back home I asked Martin if he would put some new brake pads on the front, even though the dealership said I would need them "down the road", Martin put the new brake pads on. I told Martin when we first spoke that I needed a SAFE low miles easy to drive vehicle for my daughter. He provided a 2010 Pontiac Vibe ( which is essentially a Toyota Matrix ) with Traction control, side curtain air bags (front & back), and OnStar! All at a reasonable price! Trust me I shopped around. I have another daughter thats a freshmen in college and a son that just graduated from college and my wife and I will be looking to purhase vehicles for them fairly soon. We will start with Martin at Blue Ridge Auto Sales!

I bought an 07 Altima SE come to find out its not is just an S. The Nissan dealer identified all the components that an SE would have and my moonroof was put in by someone else and not the manufacturer. Also, my tint was illegal in VA and I ended up getting a ticket, pay court cost and $200 to get it removed. Thanks but I won't be dealing there again even with low prices check and check. My engine check light was on and it wasn't fix either.

i call for one car to this dealer they are laying say the car is in good condition when i go to test drive it was not save for drive even make sure for test drive to this dealer.
