Really bad dealer

I bought a car from there one month ago, after I saw a car on crag list. However, the VIN checking result they showed me was modified after I checked it again when I returned home. And they promised me to send me a remoter the next day I bought the car, but it has been more than one month since they said that. During this time I called them for several times, they just told me they had sent it. I really do not believe it will take more than one week if they mail a remoter from one side of Roanoke to another side! And on this website, if you see the reviews carefully, you will see that some highly rated evaluation are posted on the same day, which might be written by themselves. So do not believe them. I strongly recommend you do not buy anything from here!!

poor service,poor efficiency

you may have a good experience when you talk with them before you buy the car from them, but they will shirk their responsibility when you get some problems in your car.

I am very happy with my 2008 Cadillac DTS go Blue

They are Selling The Cars Very Cheap and they have a great Communications With Customers, I really like my Car and I bought a good Car with best price from them I really like to do business with them it's ( 2011 Acura TSX ) Fully Loaded Clean Title With Clean Carfax so I recommend all my friends to go buy from Blue Ridge Auto Sales Inc.

Fraudulent and not willing to make right

We bought a car from them a few days ago with the ABS light on--agreeing to fix it and take it as-is. Within 48 hours of purchase, the service engine soon light was on, the fuel gauge was noticeably not working, and the low coolant light came on. The converter and O2 sensor need to be replaced. Now, less than 72 hours after the purchase, we have had a mechanic determine the cause of the "low coolant" light--a MAJOR leak in the manifold, that if we continue driving it at all, could ruin the engine. The labor alone for repairing the leak will be 1200+. The service engine soon light can easily be cleared and the low coolant light temporarily cleared by adding water/coolant. Entirely too ironic that a car that was driven for 2 hours by them (home from the auction purchased), would suddenly have these things "go bad" within 2-3 days after purchase. They will NOT help at all with the repairs for the undisclosed/concealed problems...we didn't ask for 100% of the repairs, just some. Very unhappy with this experience and will never EVER buy from them again...

Just Purchased Our Second Car From Blue Ridge!!!

We needed to get a car for our daughter for the upcoming school year. We went to see Martin (again) and gave us a great deal on a Honda Passport. Martin understands the needs of a family and worked with us to get the vehicle in the price range we needed. One thing that is great about Blue Ridge is that Martin encourages you to take the vehicle you are considering to your mechanic. Our mechanic was not only impressed with the quality of the vehicles we purchased but was surprised at the low prices as well.. I can't say enough about the great experience we have had buying from Blue Ridge Auto Sales. Thanks again Martin!

Great Deal, Great to Work with!

My car died and I was dreading the process of getting a used car in a just couple of days. Stopped at Blue Ridge while on the way from one big name dealer in Roanoke to their other store in Bedford. Martin understood my need and hooked me up with a 2003 Buick Century for half of what the big name guys wanted for a similar vehicle. Be sure to check out Blue Ridge Auto before paying too much. I can honestly say we will be making all of our future used car purchases here!
