Went in for a scheduled battery replacement.

Went in for a scheduled battery replacement. Surprise, they didn’t have in stock and didn’t notify me beforehand so now I need to go back and miss a little more work. Frustrating.

The best experience. Everyone is ALWAYS kind and caring. They speck and waive to you when you enter the building. They sent me a video of my car with the technician talking in the background letting me know what all they were doing to my car. I needed to stop by Verizon and they called me a Lyft that picked me up and turn me back. It was peaceful for me to complete my school work, including free WIFI, drinks, and snacks. After my service, my car was returned spotless!! ** 5 STAR SERVICE **

Shortage impacts repairs but not customer service.

My repairs took much longer than usual due to the parts shortage but I was given a loaner for the entire. Time and kept up to date on the repairs.

In the beginning was good, but my car ended on different

In the beginning was good, but my car ended on different dealer for repairs the next day of the purchase, and then take almost 2 months to have my self find a different car and purchase because they did not fix it, the worse if have a very difficult time to contact them, still no new contract on the new car... Very disappointment...
