I worked with Cisco to look at the cars I was interested in and he was really helpful. He allows you to drive what you want and doesn't pressure you. Also, after the purchase when I had a question, he was very prompt in getting back to me and very fast with the information I needed. Mauricio handled the financial transaction and he was very professional and kind as well. Karina in admin was also really responsive and helpful when I needed to communicate with the dealership post-purchase with a few questions.

I had an awesome experience! Absolutely none of the high pressure sales you normally get with purchasing a vehicle. Honestly my credit is not the best and I’ve had issues securing a decent loan for my dream car and Cisco made it happen! I was in & out of the dealership in no time with keys in hand!! After exhaustive reviews of multiple places we decided to look at a Nissan Sentra at Escondido Auto Supercenter. My wife made an appointment with Cisco. We showed up to a very warm welcome and friendly person, Cisco. He took us directly to the car and let us test drive it. During our test drive we had a few concerns that were promptly met with another test drive with one of their friendly mechanics, Victor. He too found the same concerns we had. When we returned, Cisco had already pulled up another Sentra for us to test drive. We ended up driving and ultimately buying a very nice Kia Optima. The whole process was wonderful! Cisco was as friendly and helpful as you could hope for. The fact they immediately addressed our concerns on the 1st car was impressive and an immediate relief as to what kind of dealership they are. Financing was entertaining, in a good way, with Cisco manning the phone trying to get us the best rate. Signing our paperwork with Mauricio was quick and painless. Overall, this has to be one of our most enjoyable car buying experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend Escondido Auto Super Center to every potential car/truck buyer out there. You won’t regret it!

Found the truck I wanted on car gurus at Escondido auto super center I met with Cisco he brought the truck out told me all about the toyota tundra let me check it out on my own let me test drive the truck on my own and at my own leasuier. no pressure.
