I was very pleased with my experience. I was helped by Fabian, who was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. I was not subjected to any high pressure sales gimmicks that some other dealerships use.

The staff was very accommodating with our family. They were very knowledgeable every step of the way and helped up get through the buying process quickly, which was important to us.

Purchased new vehicle from this dealership before. Came here to have my regular maintenance service, but email from its internet department asks me to contact sales. Sales person Julia Trif was very friendly and professional. She showed my all the features of the new vehicle, and helped her manager, John, to negotiate to price. We were looking for and ended up purchasing a pre-certified Mazda CX-9. The entire staff at Mall of Georgia were excellent from the moment we walked in the door, very friendly and helpful but not pushy. We worked mostly with Sean Godwin who was just the best. He knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. He stayed in contact with us and when we ended up going back for the first one that we had driven he was awesome. He even brought the paperwork 30 miles to my office for me to sign so that I didn't have to leave work during a very busy time for us. We would definitely recommend Mall of GA Mazda and if we are in the market for another car will definitely go back there in a minute.

Very straightforward and helpful. great salesman and great attitude. we had a very relaxed buying experience and enjoyed the car we got as well. we tested 3 cars and he even offered to loan us a car for the day to see if we liked it or not. He was very patient and answered all our questions. The time spent here was very satisfying and we look forward to purchasing more cars from here in the future.

This dealership exceeded my expectations in the purchase of a new CX-3 today. I was not sure which model was best for me and appreciated Julia Trif taking the time to show me all of the features of two models.
