If you get pleasure from being robbed, then hurry on over to Bonham Chrysler and purchase yourself a new vehicle. Be sure to ask for Juan So to. He'll stick it to really good. He add at least $6,000.00 to the contract without even offering the product or services to you. Services that you will never be able to use. They will even get you the highest interest rate possible with the longest finance terms, even up to 75 months. If you choose to pay cash, they charge more for the vehicle. Cash has always gotten you a better price on the vehicle. "STEER CLEAR!"

We recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Gladiator from Bonham Chrysler Jeep Dodge and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We had been to several dealerships in the last few weeks and they had the best price on the specific vehicle we were looking for. Our salesman Colton Spindle was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and didn't make us feel rushed. He was very helpful and fun to interact with! There was an issue with the leather on the driver's seat from the factory and they immediately offered to have it fixed at no charge. It was the easiest, fastest, most pleasant car buying experience we have ever been through. Myron was great to work with as well, he made the financing aspect quick and painless, and he was absolutely hilarious! We had a great time. Definitely will be recommending them to everyone and will purchase from them again!

Normally don’t leave reviews but had such a great experience that I had to share. I saw a truck that I liked on the website and while I was talking to them over the phone about it, someone came in and bought the truck. They sent me a few other to look at but I really liked the color of that particular truck. That was when I discovered that the vehicle that I liked was actually a limited edition Army, Tank Green, Built to Serve truck and only 1,000 were made. The salesman stated that he could talk to his manager to see what they could do but it would be hard to find another one. The next phone call that I received was from the General Manager Jeannie Conlon. Seeing that I am currently an officer in the Texas Army National Guard, she said that she was going to make it her mission to find me that truck. She called me a few days later and said that they conducted a 500-mile search and after personally calling over 50 dealerships, they found two. One in Tennessee and another one in Houston. They worked out a trade with the Houston dealership and sent a driver down to pick it up. We were so impressed that we ended up getting my wife a new Dodge Durango at the same time. Two days later they drove both cars down to my job, we live about two hours from the dealership, and we signed the paperwork for both cars in my office. Both of the drivers were very nice and helpful and made the process fast and easy. I would highly recommend Jeannie and her team if you are in the market for a vehicle. They went above and beyond to ensure that I got the truck that I wanted. Mission Accomplished!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January of...

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January of 2021 digitally (currently stationed overseas) and initially the salesman and accounting department were very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Once the purchase was made and the transaction was done, the amount of communication between the dealership and myself stopped. I paid for the vehicle in cash and have been waiting for my title for over 40 days. The accounting department didn't inform me that the vehicle had a lien on it from the previous owner and that they had to receive the title from the previous lienholder, and then ship the title off to a third party to have it titled in my name. This was not discussed with me at all, and I waited 30 days before I had to contact the dealership, just to be told "It's being handled by the out of state department" It seems like once they made the sale, they cut all ties with the customer and don't make sure that they have exhausted all means to take care of them until everything is complete. They also didn't take up close pictures of other parts of the car when they posted it up on the online for sale ad: the wheels had curb marks, and blemishes. They removed the trunk mat and floor mats from the vehicle, and I had to request to have them taken from another car before taking the vehicle. I shouldn't have to request that if I pay $50,000 for a vehicle. Overall poor customer service after the purchase was made;would not recommend them to anyone.

I am 74 and I have bought a lot of trucks and cars. Never have had such an easy ,fast, deal. The entire staff made it a very pleasurable trade. I have never dealt with Bonham Chrysler before but I knew Dennis Stewart worked there so I decided to take the drive over and check it out. Dennis was a true professional and made my sales experience painless. I have bought many new cars and trucks over the years and I can truly say that it was easy to get what I wanted. My new Gladiator is the third jeep that I have owned and I could not be more happy with my truck and my buying experience. I will let my family and friends know were to buy there next keep.

My gladiator has been in the shop every month since Jan 2020 for the same problem (electrical). Service folks are decent people and so far no one in the dealership seems to care or want to honestly work with me to get me out of this vehicle will be hard pressed to do any future business with Bonham Chrysler Jeep
