Had a very bumpy start to getting my car repaired.

Had a very bumpy start to getting my car repaired. Once Paul Mitchel the service manager got involved things were much better. I found that he was helpful and kind.

Just needed a NY Safety Inspection on my Jeep Cherokee.

Just needed a NY Safety Inspection on my Jeep Cherokee. The team got me in and out in less than an hour even though they were quite busy. They also offered me a free ride back to my home and a return trip back to the dealership if I wanted but I decided to wait. They made it easy and efficient - Thanks to the service team at Empire Jeep for making it a very good all around experience.
