On Saturday 2/13/2021 unable to start the car,triple A started it,the battery was 4 years old and decided to replace it.Jerome called Empire Chrysler service department, Brian Bishop answered the phone and said to bring the car in for a battery replacement. BRIAN with his service team was able to get the job done right away! BRIAN has been my C300 service advisor for many years!
