BEWARE!

BEWARE! Don’t be deceived by Bachman Auto Group like I feel I was. Purchased many used cars in my life and know what an As Is sale is. However, when dealer just cleared all the maintenance lights/codes and changed the oil I have an issue with considering that vehicle as being sold as it really is. About 50 miles after purchase it lit up like a Christmas tree. Feels similar to a roll back the odometer situation. Contacted the CEO who passed it off and to date no remedy. Hopefully they’ll do the right thing.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your recent purchase. We understand your frustration and regret that the vehicle did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify that vehicles from our Bachman Bargain Lot are sold with specific criteria and disclaimers. These vehicles are typically a minimum of 10 model years old or have 125,000 miles or more. As such, they are not inspected and may have mechanical defects, which is why they are priced accordingly. This information is clearly posted on all our Bargain Lot vehicles and is acknowledged multiple times by customers during the purchase process. We always encourage potential buyers to have these vehicles inspected at their own expense prior to purchase to ensure they are fully aware of the vehicle's condition. These vehicles are sold AS-IS with no dealer warranty. It appears that the vehicle you purchased was 29 years old and had over 450,000 miles on it. We apologize if our policies and procedures were not adequately communicated at the time of your purchase. We strive to be transparent with all our customers and regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred.

Interaction with salesperson was excellent and deal was

Interaction with salesperson was excellent and deal was easy but…. When it came to financing and closing the deal I felt like I was in a twilight zone. The communication amongst the finance people seemed to be nonexistent. Three different finance people were involved and I had to provide the same information multiple times. I made an appointment to close the deal with the second finance person I dealt with but it wasn’t honored. In fact that person wasn’t in the dealership the day of the appointment. A third finance person met us and seemed to have very little knowledge of our situation. Had to give him the same information that I had given earlier, he said it wasn’t in the system. After providing the information the finance office ran a credit check which showed up on my phone. It was almost an hour of waiting before we signed the papers without any explanation of the delay. Never once did the finance people asked about the trade-in, seems they were clueless. I removed my license plate and left the keys at the counter in the front lobby. Salesman- great Finance- serious communication issues

Terrence was great to work with, really laid back

Terrence was great to work with, really laid back experience and we were informed every step of the way. I appreciated the multiple team members coming to speak with us. Its been a while since we last purchased from this dealership however, this was our family's 3rd new car purchase from Bachman and we appreciate the consistent positve sales experience here.
