First encounter at Bachman Subaru.
First encounter at Bachman Subaru. Quick turnaround for oil change and tire rotation in express service bay. Techs who completed the work were young adults in street clothes, and didn’t appear to be seasoned Professional Subaru Trained Technicians. Completed job with Subaru oil filter, placed reminder sticker on windshield for next service interval. Charges for service were above listed specials. Refused to honor pricing listed in website. Didn’t want to argue any further after showing service advisor multiple times the lower prices listed on the Bachman Subaru Website. Polite and pleasant staff that cared for me while I was there.

Our salesman Alex was excellent. We are disappointed only that Bachman is not part of Costco’s buying program which would have reduced costs for us.

June 2023. These people are liars/incompetent. Prior to purchasing a new Subaru Crosstrek I was told the first 3 oil changes would be free and that I could get them done at their Jeffersonville Indiana location. Once I finished signing all of the paperwork, I was told I would be getting only the first oil change for free and it had to be at the Louisville location. Also, prior AND on the day I signed the paperwork to purchase the car, I said to the salesman and the finance guy multiple times that the title must say my name “or” my husbands name instead of “and”. Well the title came in the mail today. It says “ and”. Now I am going to have to pay more money to get this corrected. The finance guy was extremely aggressive and agitated when I said I did not want to purchase ANY of the numerous additional warranties that he was trying to sell me. I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated. I will not recommend this car dealer to anyone ever and I will never buy a car from them again.

Our goal at Bachman is to make sure that you're not only happy at the time of purchase, but throughout your entire ownership experience. It seems that we definitely fell short of your and our expectation's in this instance. I'm also sorry that there was confusion on where to service and oil changes. We do provide the first oil change for free, but only at our Subaru store. We provide a card (coupon) for this at the point of purchase in the business office. Of course as the owner you can choose to have the car serviced anywhere including at our Indiana dealership. On the titling issue, per our title clerk, Indiana always defaults to "and" instead of "or", but we request for "or" and most of the time it gets title as "or". Please reach out to me via email at jharmon@bachmanautogroup.com and I can have our title clerk correct this issue for you. Again, I'm sorry that this purchase experience fell short of expectations and hope that you will give us a chance to earn your business in the future. Thank you
