The best car buying experience ever! Tarnue and the team were awesome in being professional, friendly, transparent, no-pressure, and informative from start to finish. You can tell this place is full of car enthusiasts! Tarnue (the best salesman I’ve encountered, bar none) was very responsive to all of my questions, which helped ease my worries, especially since this was my first out-of-state car purchase. He sent several pictures, videos, and any records on the car to ease my worries about the car. He even took time to video himself cleaning a wood trim that I was concerned about! All paperwork was completed electronically and was so much faster/easier than any other dealer I have experienced. They arranged and found reasonably priced transport, and the car arrived just as described. A few weeks later, I was pleasantly surprised at how organized they were in providing me all of the paperwork to register the car in CA, all without charging any dealer/doc fees! I have worked with many dealers in the past, including various Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Toyota, and Honda dealers in CA, and none can compare. Definitely will be recommending them to all of my family and friends. I can’t wait to do business with them when I’m in the market again!

Don’t waste your time not only do they not know how to finance a car but they’re rude as well. Not to mention they’re about 6 grand over nada which is what credit unions use to loan money so if you go through your credit union you would need 6 grand down payment which is absolutely ridiculous. Alwo they’re about 4 grand over KBB. It seems a lot of these financial guys don’t know you run the credit app for a car and increase the cost of the car and never show negative equity in it. However in this case their cars are so overpriced it wouldn’t matter either way they did it. If you like over paying for a 10 year old or older car then this is the place for you!

Poor follow up responses and vehicle condition was beat up. Gave several opportunities to put a deal together with no success.

Bought online, site unseen. Absolutely fabulous customer service. Grayson Narlinger (salesman) promptly responded to all of my questions, shared video when asked, and even provided a “test drive” video with commentary. He and his finance manager also coordinated well with my bank to process purchase and shipping. Very impressed with the honesty, communication, and support through the whole buying process.

Just bought my second car from Automotive Imports and I have sent several friends there to purchase cars as well. Kendall understands a low-pressure approach and the sales manager, Nick, has always been fair to work with in addition to just shooting the bull about cars and motorcycles . I have gotten to know the owner, Dave, through joint shared interests in cars and he is always friendly, respectful and honest. I had my previous car, a BMW X5, serviced exclusively at Automotive Imports and they have done some warranty repairs as well. The work was completed as promised and I saved a ton of money with the extended warranty purchase. Really excited about this Audi A7 I just purchased and looking forward to the APR upgrade that is being installed by Automotive Imports soon. You know you got the right car when you walk out to the garage just to look at it. Thanks guys.

Fraud and misrepresentation are the two words that come to mind in regards to Automotive Imports. After about a week of back and forth communication pictures and videos in regards to a Alfa Romeo Giulia, I decided to purchase the car sight unseen. I traveled four hours to Denver to look and pick up the purchase. Upon arrival the car was not as represented by the sales associate. There where several scratches and dents not mentioned or disclosed. After a very dissatisfying test drive, the sales associate mentioned that it also had a radiator leak. By this point I was beyond livid. The sales associate made the lies and misrepresentation to sell the vehicle, I can only wonder what else this used car dealership would do to turn cars? I demanded my money back and left the lot, I will never be back and would advise all to stay away from Automotive Imports at all costs. The initial impression of the lot upon arrival was “chop shop”.
