Shady Business

Trying to buy from this dealership is like trying to pull teeth. They claim it takes 4 days to clean a car to get it ready for purchase, their communication is horrible, they make excuses as to why they can't deliver what they promise, there's zero follow through, and extremely rude. Asking them to do their job is like asking them to pull the stars out of the sky, they act like it's an inconvenience to do their job. Would never recommend this palce to anyone.

2013 Dodge Avenger

Excellent and very friendly dealership

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
