justin was a great salesman and helpful but the dealer overall was just ok and had some anoying policys if i buy a car outright and do not finance it through you then you have no need or right to my insurance info i called multiple times for the exact price as i was bringing a bank check then last minute after ive driven 1 and a half hours to get there they hit you with a $275 document fee and told i had to pay for temp tags whether i needed / wanted them so i took the tag then trashed it the next day when i put my real tags on Justin did tell me that the car had two keys which was very important to me as Mini cooper keys are expensive then told me at time of sale they couldn't find second key and if they did it would be mailed out with the title well you can guess what happened they never found the keys but did offer me a discount to get a key that i declined as i am going to decline the free oil change that was offered for me to give a 5 star review especially since i did not give 5 stars also did not receive a car fax in my paperwork packet i was showed one at sale time but never got a copy but no big deal with that but with that said i did get a car i wanted at a decent price with a mediocre dealer but the test drive was spectacular and Justin is the only reason i went through with the purchase

I'd been looking for the perfect Corvette, and came across one at ARC Auto. Stopped in one late afternoon and spoke to Michael Cummings. Made plans to come back, drive the car, which I did a few days later. Super clean 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. Purchased it on Jan 31, 2019. This dealership is A1 and would buy from them again.
