I live an hour and a half away from this dealership and set an appointment time to drive up the following day to purchase the car we had chosen. As soon as I walked through the door, I was notified that they were signing papers with someone else. They never called to let us know or ask us if we were 100% sure to purchase this car.......Nothing. We left and the next day someone called to tell us that the car was back available for sale and we could purchase for asking price. They were told that we were not interested and that we had found other vehicles that we were interested in. The man all but bullied and talked down to my 18 year old daughter because we wouldn't agree to their asking price on this vehicle. He was rude to her and thought he could talk down to her because she is young. We wouldn't have bought this vehicle from them if they had dropped the price by $1,,000 because of the way they treated us and wouldn't give us the option to put a deposit on the car to hold because we didn't want to pay asking price. I don't know anyone who just pays asking price. Anyway, I wouldn't buy any vehicle from this dealership. They were horrible!!

I got approved for a loan and got my new/used vehicle in a matter of hours. The staff was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership, and everyone was very nice. They made the process quick and easy while making sure I had everything I needed to get on the road!

I recently purchased a 2007 Pontiac Vibe from Brian at ARC Auto Store. Brian was fantastic to work with and really made the experience comfortable for me. I came in to ARC Auto on a whim because I was looking at another Pontiac Vibe at a different dealership in North KC that day, but it ended up being disappointed. I googled "Used Pontiac Vibe" and ended up at ARC Auto and I'm so glad I did. Brian did not pressure me at all. He even helped me by delivering the car to the mechanic that I requested take a look at it (Ted at Northtown Auto-- I highly recommend him!). There were some complications on my end due to it being finals week and I'm a student, but he worked with my schedule beautifully and I really appreciate how easy he made the experience!

I walked onto the lot and was greeted by Mike Ruch. He was very nice, not pushy, knowledgeable, and personable. I found an 08 Acadia and fell in love with it. I got a great price on the car, but had to take it back in because the brakes were squeeking pretty bad. Jeremiah in the shop was just as awesome and fixed the problem. I am very pleased and have recommended this place to others.

I dealt with Miles (Mike Liles) and he was an awesome rep. Didn't really feed me some xxxxxxxxx, he just wanted me to find the car I wanted, and he definitely did. I bugged Miles for a few weeks, looking for the right car, and they were able to get me approved for a car. I didn't like it but they were able to finance me, even though I had limited credit with a fair score. We kept working and eventually I did find a car I liked. I ended up with a 2005 Mustang with 96k Miles. I didn't love the price and tried to get them to come down but there was no budging. I actually walked away at first, kept thinking about it, and did go back for it. I worked for it and I made Miles work for it too, I made him go back his boss several times pitching a lower price. Miles was really great, I went in that morning wanting to test out a Mitsubishi Eclipse first. I let him know I hadn't driven a stick in 6 years and I wasn't that good. He was okay with it and said he'd take me on the road and teach me. Sure enough, he threw me in the drivers seat (while it was raining!) and I was able to give it a drive. After coming back I let him know I wanted to drive the Mustang. Miles worked with me for three weeks trying to get me a car, didn't tell me any xxxxxxxxx stories, and really just wanted to get me in a car. The process went pretty quick and I even got a lower APR than I was expecting. (Fair credit score but very very little finance, I was expecting a lot higher).

Let's start with Mike Killed, my salesman. I am a woman and walked in to see a van. Mike, AKA Miles., was polite, no pressure, honest, and knowledgeable about the cars. The whole dealership made th e purchase of my van a pleasure! Now if I just drove away, it would be fine, but my A.C.not work. I took it back once and Rick bent over backwards to get it fixed. Once again it did my function. With smiling faces they cheerfully replaced the condenser. They are just A-1 in my book. Oh! And did i mention they have really nice cars with a car-fax report. I will shop there agian-well if i ever give up my van i love!

As a general rule I do not write reviews but the service both before and after the sale was truly world class. I bought a 2009 Nissan Cube and was fortunate enough to meet most of the staff during my purchase and follow up service visits. These people are very genuine and kind... I believe the ARC auto is the Nordstrom's of the car world.. Thanks

We went in to get a second family vehicle and everyone went out of the way to help us! We even had credit troubles in the past and they worked with multiple people to help us out!

My best buying experience ever. My salesman Victor was the best, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The overall experience was exceptional.. I contacted Victor on a Wednesday afternoon and before they closed I was walking out with my new car, keys in hand. The Finance Guy Robbie was great. He was understanding and worked hard to get me into a 2nd car loan. Rick the Service manager is the Best. The dealership made me feel very welcomed and appreciative of my business. I called my son and told him that the dealership and Victor were the best I had ever done business with. My son and his wife went there and bought a car too. I will only go to ARC to buy my cars and recommend to everyone. Pricing, Greeting, Honesty, Time spent, questions, Promises kept, Financing and Treatment. I give ARC Auto 10 stars on every important aspect when buying a car.
