Drove in near the end of the day on a Thursday night. I'd...

Drove in near the end of the day on a Thursday night. I'd been trying for a while to figure out the replacement of my right head light bulb and couldn't get the bulb I bought, at a parts store, to fit correctly. I was greeted by Mike Symank and he was quickly able to determine two things. The first being that the bulb was wrong for the socket I was trying to connect to...and the second was that I had been trying to put a low beam bulb into a high beam socket. He made me feel comfortable in regards to my oversight and didn't belittle me, as I was just attempting to save a few bucks. After telling me what Vandergriff charges to replace the bulbs, I probably should have taken my Accord their first. He pointed out that the low beam socket was further in and even checked the connections for me right there on the service entrance. Turns out, he told me, the connection was just a little loose and possible road vibration caused it to wiggle out. He had all my lights working in no time. Thank you Mike and Vandergriff Honda for taking care of me once again.

Tracy was excellent, and only recommended the repairs...

Tracy was excellent, and only recommended the repairs that were needed, so there wasn't any "fluff" per say, and added expenses or things mentioned to pad the cost of the total repairs. Had my car detailed which was very nice considering the money that I did decide to spend. He's a straight shooter, and a much needed breath of fresh air for Vandergriff where honestly in the past I have felted gouged with service because in this economy people are not buying new ones, so it gets passed on to the ones that are trying to take care of their vehicle that is already paid for. Cut out the fluff, and deliver on Customer Service. That's exactly what Tracy did :)

Mike, was on top of his game when I called in . He knew...

Mike, was on top of his game when I called in . He knew exactly what my problem was when I called so he told me what to do to get my car to the dealership and he would be waiting on me. He was! I was a wreck but he assured me it would be taken care of and it was. Thanks mike!

I reccommend Vandergriff Honda for the excellennt customer service in their service department. Tracy Shipman was very good to work with. He was very good at answering any of my questions.

Always feel welcome at Vandergriff Honda!

Most recently, I called and spoke to Mike Symank about my check engine light. He told me about the most common reasons the light may be on and asked questions trying to pinpoint causes that might have contributed. He invited me to pull into the service department if I was close by and he would at least verify why the light was on. Upon arriving, Mike quickly showed me why the light was on and cleared it. He was right on the money with our phone discussion earlier ...fuel cap not tight enough. Thanks Vandergriff Honda, the little things matter most and keep me coming back.

I have been using Vandergriff Honda for the service on my 2004 Honda Odyssey since we moved to the area five years ago. Since my first visitin, I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. They strive to make your experience with them a positive experience. I normally work with Chris Gonzalez in the Service Department but he was off the day I was in, so his associate Mike Symank assisted me during my visit. Mike was absolutely super! He explained everything in detail as to the service work being performed, and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was very sincere, courteous, and professional in his approach, which is something that you rarely find in most customer service fields these days, let alone an automobile dealership. The whole team at Vandergriff Honda treats their customers as family. When I am ready to trade my Honda in, there is no question where I will bring my business. People like to do business with companies that they feel comfortable dealing with, and I for one would not hesitate to recommend Vandergriff Honda for sales or service. They are simply the best!
