The service consultant I had an appointment with was not available, but Breck Lowe stepped in and had me in and out of the service department in no time. He was friendly, polite and efficient.

Mike was extremely helpful, friendly and exceeded expectations. He went the extra mile and researched items for me and ensured I got a ride to the mall and back in a very timely fashion (hasn't always been the case with this dealership). I will work with Mike in the future for service related issues.

Chris was friendly and called me several times throughout the day to keep me updated on the status of my repairs. My repair was completed the same day I took in the car which was importatant for my schedule.

It was finally time to replace my gas guzzling 2010 Dodge...

It was finally time to replace my gas guzzling 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 with something that wasn't always so thirsty. I'd looked at and considered Chevy Camaro, Buick LaCross, and a few others...then I checked in at Vandergriff - met with Ruben Stepanian - he was great. He made the whole experience from shopping, test driving, choosing, dealing, trading - all completely painless. Ruben took the time to listen to my wants and desires, answer my questions, ask me questions and then find me a car I could really be happy with. My new 2012 metallic black 2 door Accord Coupe is great. I love it. It is sporty yet comfortable. Quiet yet peppy getting up to speed very quickly when necessary. I've had the car a week now and still haven't had to fill up the tank...wow, what a difference! Best of all, it fits in my garage with my husband's car. No more parking it out in the blazing sun in the summer and being freezing cold on those snowy Texas winter mornings....especially since it doesn't have heated or ventilated seats. That's probably the only thing it doesn't have that I wish it did - but that's on Honda not the dealer or my sales staff. Overall I'm very happy. Couldn't have chosen a better team to help me with this purchase. Thanks y'all. You've got one happy customer here. I'll tell anyone who's looking - go see Vandergriff.

Great Customer Service and knows the vehicles. We traded...

Great Customer Service and knows the vehicles. We traded our 2011 for a 2012 and we are very satisfied. Salesman was professional and Friendly, he also help us set up the hands free system in the car, he answered all the questions we had. We will return to this dealership if we are need of another vehicle, and will also recommend Vandergriff Honda to family and friends.

I brought my vehicle in to Vandergriff Honda for services and was approached in a very friendly manner by VeRon. I was well advised & my services were taken care of in a timely manner. Also, Chelsea, at the front desk was super nice and made my visit in the lobby a pleasant one.
