my husband has recently become disabled,we had just...

my husband has recently become disabled,we had just purchased a new( 2 mos)honda pilot.we were unable to get my husband into the pilot for dr. visits or whatever.i called and explained my situation,expecting to be told ,sorry there isn,t anything we can do. instead i was told we will help you anyway we can.that evening chris hotman called(about 5:30 pm)asked what car did i think would work for us,we decided an Odyssey would be better and chris said, what color!ariel brought the car to our house,,asked me what i thought,and an hour later returned with the new Odyssey,and papers to sign.they took the new Pilot and left the new car,inever left my house or my husband.i feel this is remarkable,and worth reporting.vicki birchfield,arlington,tx

Charles Swanson resolved some problem areas related to financing and warranty coverage. He did so quickly and professionally. He treated me with respect and gained my trust. My experience was wonderful, workin with Vandergriff Honda. Especially landing in the hands of Rene Hernandez. His Customer service skills as well at the whole team a Vandergriff Honda got me in my car today. My Overall Epxperience was more than Great, it was Excellent. Thats why im Giving this Rating/Review. So If you go and visit Vandergriff Honda Ask for Rene. You'll be in good hands and well takin care of.

Vandergriff Honda gets all positive marks from me. It is mostly due to the efforts of Rene, their salesman. I let him know what I was looking for and what I could afford and he navigated me through the process. I left with exactly what I was hoping to get (2010 Honda Insight) at the price I was looking to spend. Rene was very personable and good humored throughout the process and I will definitely be going back to work with him when I'm ready to turn this car in.

My husband and I had a very pleasant car buying...

My husband and I had a very pleasant car buying experience with Vandergriff Honda. The team was very professional and able to answer any questions we had in regard to the Accord Crosstour. We were never rushed or pushed into a sale. We were offered beverages and then dined at the cafe while our paperwork was prepared. We were told about additional options without feeling pressured into purchasing. We were guided through the interior features which included the blue tooth handsfree connection and memory seating. We absolutely love the Crosstour. It drives very smoothly and has a feeling of luxury comparable to Acura's we have owned in the past without the cost. Our family and friends have been so impressed with our new car and we have raved about the team at Vandergriff. This is our second purchase from Vandergriff Honda and we intend to return in the future.

i was hesitant at first because i can not drive at night....

i was hesitant at first because i can not drive at night. rene and his sales manager assured me that i was going to be able to make it home with out a problem. i went for a certain vehicle, explained to my sales person exactly what i wanted, he asked me what did i need? i told him what i needed and he proceeded to show the vehicle that i 'thought' i wanted and then showed me the vehicle that i indeed needed. if i had the money, i would go back and by another car just because of the service. i was having some issued with my monthly budget but Jimmy Lee was able to work out something that would fit in my budget with the same car. i love my new hybrid. and i love vandergriff. thank you for a blessed experience.

I would definately recommend this dealership. I just came in to shop and test drive. I was going to wait, but I loved the car. But more importantly, they didn't try to get me in a bigger car than I needed. They gave me a price I couldn't pass up. I told my sales person I was interested in buying and not leasing. They listened to what I wanted and delivered.
