Great Team
Worked with Charles at Vandergriff Honda and he’s just a super good dude. Very helpful and not pushy. The only negative was how long it took. Not necessarily his fault, but we were there for 8 hours. Everyone knows managers get involved in car sales once the negotiating starts to take way, and I wouldn’t give them 5 stars, but Charles definitely earned his.

Inequality
Ladies, if you are looking to be treated as a co-equal to your husband, boyfriend or partner then Charles is not the salesperson for you. He did not talk to me, he continued to only speak to my husband even though we made it clear that it would be my car and my choice. When we spoke to the GM about this, the excuse was “he is old-fashioned”. His supervisor and the finance guy lied to us that we HAD to get a warranty per the lender even though we explicitly stated we did not want one. They charged us $4000 for something we did not want. It wasn’t until the lender called to confirm that I found out they lied to me! Needless to say we returned the vehicle. After all if you lied about that what else are you lying about?

People Be Aware
I really hope people read others reviews before they go there but I will still write this to serve those few people that do read and research before they do anything. In writing reviews though, I believe we should be fair and impartial; therefore I start of by saying that I had a great experience at Vandergriff Honda of Arlington New Cars Dealership last year, and my good experience brought me back to the Used Cars Dealership at vandergriff Honda of Arlington. Unfortunately, this time I was totally disappointed. Nothing in this world worth more than our time, time is never compensable. I found a vehicle on their online inventory, I left them a inquiry request. They got in contact with me and I spoke to their sale manager ( Ash Khalid) then he patched me to some other sales person ( Michael Robins), we made a stipulations over the phone and through the text messages to buy the vehicle for 12k. I was well aware of their little game that they go back to their finance desk and come back with ridiculous prices, to prevent that and save myself time, I stipulated that the car to be sold 12k out the door. They said we agree to the price and come on over. I drove for 45 minutes to get there and they printed out a paper stating that I need to pay 18k. And he said actually we looked at the numbers again and we are loosing money. I have all the text message but how shameless not to call me and say sorry, we made a mistake so don't drive all the way to the dealership. I also saw another lady with her daughter there crying and complaining that they bought a vehicle and the vehicle broke after a few days. People please respect your time and hard earning money. I hope this will help online smart folks.
