Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Bate and switch. Unprofessional. Inexperienced. Would rather walk everywhere for the rest of my life than buy a car from here.

Beware, this dealership specializes in auto dealership

Beware, this dealership specializes in auto dealership fraud. I bought a 2015 VW CC with around 80k miles. I was deceived into believing the vehicle was inspected by a certified mechanic and there was no issues. I also bought the warranty just in case. I drove the vehicle for about 2 days and took the vehicle to Southwest Volkswagen dealership. They told me the vehicle had $5000 in work needed. Southwest Volkswagen stated vandergriff honda is shady and they took advantage of me. I took the vehicle back to vandergriff Honda. They agreed to cover some of the maintenance. The dealership kept my vehicle for over 2 months and let me know it was ready. I picked up the vehicle from the dealership and drove it for an hour and a half and the vehicle broke down in the middle of no where. I had the vehicle towed to a local shop named dosser garage. They inspected the vehicle and found the engine had locked up due to the poor work of the vandergriff service department. (Their words after inspecting my vehicle). Vandergriff Honda towed the vehicle back to their dealership just to let me know they would not be covering the engine and the warranty did not cover the engine either. I’m in the process of sharing my experience everywhere possible including BBB. Texas DMV has been assisting me as they are saying dealership could be subject to fines. I also have started working with an auto dealer fraud & consumer rights lawyer to sue the dealership. Will provide updates as they come in.

The work with me according to my preference. Jose was so persistent in reaching out to earn my business, Go out not plan to get the vehicle today. But end up leaving driving the car home tonight. I’m happy to have the car of my own, anyway the did there best to accommodate me. Thank you VANDERGRIFF!

I have been a Vandergriff Honda client since 2016 and my experience over the years has been AMAZING. The sales ( Anthony & Tamah ) has always went above and beyond, Finance managers & directors definitely has met my EXPECTATIONS , Has every visit been perfect ( NO ) but when I brought my concerns to Service, Anthony , Dillion and Mr Love all of my concerns was expediently, professionally and timely addressed , resolved and dealt with and this is why I have purchased my 6th vehicle with Vandergriff Honda. I was headed toward a Lexus SUV ( I LOVE SUV"S ) BUT Anthony ( salesman ) & Dillion ( Finance Director ) has made my 1\26\2024 purchase worth it i'm now in an 2024 Honda CRV Sports L HYBRID and i'm loving it Thank you ! Anthony for being whats needed to make a purchase with Vandergriff comfortable & honest

Crooks!

Crooks! Sold me a warranty on my used car. Was told by the sales person that it would last for 100k miles. I did not look closely enough at the paperwork. The warranty company did have the correct information (Warranty until 149k miles) but changed it today at the behest of Vandergriff. I am still paying for a warranty that I can't use. I will never buy a car here again or get service from them. Also, do not buy a warranty from MPP!
