Made the mistake of putting a down payment then realizing the price match wasn't the same....Went down to talk to them and pretty much he blew me off and... says that this is what the other dealership did...Lesson learn, read everything and make sure the price you pay for is what you expected. Don't think they will explain everything to you.

We bought a Used CX-7 from another dealer, when we tried to get them to do some repairs they couldn't. So we turned to Hiley Mazda of Arlington. Not only... did they do the repair, they did it for a fair price and in a timely manner. So now we take it there for all its services. They even like my service dog. The next car we buy will be a new CX-5 We just love this place.

I had the most TERRIBLE car buying experience at Hiley Mazda with Marshall the Sales Manager. He was very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and provided HORRIBLE customer... service throughout the entire process and made us feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. He raised his voice SEVERAL times during the process when negotiating price and effectively said we were lying about things he communicated to us in email. As we were leaving he even MOCKED us by saying "Would you like some water for the Road? I won't charge you for that (while he grinned)". The whole experience was just TERRIBLE and I wouldn't wish it upon anybody. We had been communicating for about two weeks on a certain vehicle and had ball parked a price on the vehicle but when we arrived they CHANGED the price!!! We still are searching for a Mazda CX-5 to purchase but would NOT recommend this place if you are in the market for a Mazda or any used vehicle.
This time around the sale was fast, in the time that I planned for being at the dealership, no haggling, no problems. Greg was on top of it and it went... smoothly. Thank you!
This is my second Mazda purchase from Hiley Mazda. Teresa is top notch. She is knowledgeable about the vehicle purchased. Teresa has excellent communication... skills and is very laid back. If you make an appointment with her, she will hold true to her word.
Hiley VW has the best customer service of any dealership I have ever bought a car from. My 2012 Golf and my daughter's 2015 Jetta both still run great... because of their service department and Richard's and Mo's attention to detail. Every time we go in, Richard and Mo treat us like we are their most important customers. They have gone above and beyond for us time after time. When my son gets my 2012 Golf, I'll be buying my new car from Hiley VW.
Absolutely unfriendly customer service in the service dept. My brand new Mazda is back there a 2nd time for recalibration. I've called Kyle 4 times with... no response just wanting a simple update - estimate of complete ,what to expect . The service manager did not even return my call . Absolutely ridiculous .
Hello, we're sorry to hear you feel this way as we have to politely disagree. You did not bring us your car directly and we have spoken with you many ...times on this matter. You dropped your vehicle off at Caliber Collision, they did not deliver the vehicle to us until the end of day - they did not give us any information regarding the vehicle/no appointment or prior warning that it was coming/no time expectations.
