I had the most wonderful car-buying experience at the Mazda dealership, all thanks to my salesman Gregg. From the moment I walked in, Gregg made me feel comfortable, listened closely to what I was looking for, and—most importantly—helped me get into the exact car I had my heart set on. He was never pushy, always patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything felt right for me—not just the car, but the whole process. Gregg made what could have been a stressful or overwhelming day feel exciting, easy, and even fun. Bought a car here two weeks ago.
Bought a car here two weeks ago. Previous dealership has not received payment. Made several attempts to reach out with zero responses. Completely ghost you with any concerns or questions after selling you a car. Never had a worse experience at a dealership. Can’t even get a manager to reach out to you.

Volkswagon vehicles are not reliable and have a lot of
Volkswagon vehicles are not reliable and have a lot of issues. This dealership in particular never have loaner vehicles. So not only do they sell you a car, if you ever have issues with it GOOD luck getting a loner while they fix repairs. I do not recommend Volkswagon and I definitely do not recommend this dealership.

I want to start by saying that our salesperson, Jonathan,
I want to start by saying that our salesperson, Jonathan, was fantastic. He worked hard to secure the deal and was able to get us what we wanted. However, the situation was somewhat marred by the finance manager, who put Jonathan in a difficult position. We had agreed on a price for a car, but it turned out to be the wrong vehicle. Despite being told that they had spoken to their GM and were eager to make a deal, after much consideration, I selected the car we had agreed on. My hopes were high, but I was ultimately let down 30 minutes later while waiting in Jonathan's office. Jonathan was very understanding and apologetic, and I really appreciated that. My main issue, however, is with the finance manager. He never took the time to come and speak with us about the mistake. Instead, we were left to have the conversation with Jonathan, who explained the situation, but he shouldn't have been the one to handle it. The finance manager was reportedly too busy working on other deals to address the issue directly, which I found disappointing. Overall, while Jonathan did his best, I felt that the lack of communication from the finance manager left a negative impression.
