Omg I’m so happy I walked into Hiley yesterday looking for me a car my sales guy name was Jdaigle he got right on top of it I walked out with 2023 not expected and was only there 1 hour before he got me approved fastest process ever definitely highly recommended ask for JD he is a great guy!!!

HORRIBLE dealership!!
Huge market adjustments not shown on website. False advertising, also unwanted add ons and just down right lies. Salesman that played games. He would tell he was speaking to the sales manager,but would wander around and get coffee as I watched him.

This dealership went above and beyond to help me at the service department! I drove into Arlington on a Saturday afternoon from from out of town with car problems that would not let my car start after turned off. I was traveling with three children and my pet. I explained that I was planning on being in town for one day, but I could stay until Monday if repairs and parts took that long. They understood my predicament and worked hard to alleviate my problems as soon as possible even though they were very busy and it was late in the day on a weekend. I waited only TWO hours before receiving a call notifying me that my car was fixed and ready for pickup. I was astonished considering the situation and how busy the dealership was upon arrival. They went above and beyond and seemed to actually care about and understand my situation. Everyone was extremely friendly, considerate, and sympathetic. From my initial experience with Kelly to the finalization of service handled by Mo Qaddura, I was elated by the customer service and genuine concern pertaining to my situation. This dealership saved my weekend and made the seemingly impossible possible. I can say the Customer Service and the Service Department (Mark) are kind, compassionate people who do their jobs well and strive to make the customer happy and valued. 100% Recommend this dealership's Service Department.

I just purchased a CX-30 from Hiley Mazda of Arlington. I worked with salesman Gregory Powell. It was a great experience!! My husband and I had been to 2 other car lots and Mazda was our last stop. We met Greg and he was the best!! I told him what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to get me a great car and gave me a great deal. I will be recommending Mazda of Arlington to anyone who needs a car. The whole staff was friendly and helpful and they made my car buying experience great!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this team.
I can’t say enough good things about this team. Kelly, Mo, and Frank, went WAY beyond the call of duty to take the best care of us. They worked ‘round the clock to get our car repaired and get us back on the road while juggling an impossibly busy schedule. And they NEVER complained! They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and their work was exemplary. Thank you, gentlemen!
