I had a pretty big ask during the purchase and Omar and Luis were kind enough to make sure I was comfortable with some language in the addendum to the purchase. When I had to bring it in for service on an item I was concerned about, I was thrilled that this store did everything they said they would and more. James and Mark in service were too notch. No hassle, no surprises. I'd happily do business with them again.

We purchased our Ford F150 Truck at AutoNation in Arlington our salesmen Leroi Bemenu were very patient and helpful in our selection process. He took the time to show my wife and I several different styles of Ford pickup trucks sense I have never owned a Ford truck. He answers all our questions that we had about the F150. Then after my test drive my mind were somewhat made up. I was not looking to purchasing new truck but after looking at several vehicles and their prices it made more sense for me to just purchase a new truck. So, I am now a happy customer driving my new Ford F150.

We found a car for our daughter on-line and drove in to look. The price was fair, the condition of the used car was better than I expected. Nathan and Auston were great to work with. And, the only thing noteworthy, and not unique to this dealership, but at all dealerships, is the amount of time it takes to go through the process to drive way...hours...and this was essentially a cash deal (we bought an extended warranty which was financed along with ttl). Likely we will be an AutoNation customer because it was a no pressure experience.
