My experience with AutoNation Ford Arlington was extremely disappointing. As a person of color, I felt that I was treated differently and with less respect than I expected. If you are a person of color, I would strongly recommend being cautious and paying close attention to how you are treated. The customer service experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and far below what I would expect from a dealership of this size. Customers deserve to be treated with fairness, respect, and professionalism. **Nirvana Torres was rude to me and actually hung up on me.** That is completely unacceptable customer service and left me extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and looks into how customers are being treated.

I apologize I don't remember the name of the service manager I worked with he's not the normal one that I normally have appointments with. He was wonderful did everything get me out as quickly as possible service was great

Vehicle we looked at had small issues that should have been caught upon inspection since it was a CPO. Issues were to be addressed and we would revisit the vehicle after. Never heard back from the dealer.
