Oil change & repair
2-1/2 hours to get an oil change was ridiculous since I came in at 6:30 am and was the third vehicle inline. Wanted other repairs & evaluation of check engine light but was told I would have to leave it for two days. I will call ahead for appointment next time.

Regular scheduled maintenance
I had an appointment for normal scheduled maintenance, but it still took 5 hours to complete and cost almost $500. The representative was personable and helpful, but it took a long time for routine maintenance. There was another person in the waiting room complaining about the more than 3 hours it took to replace one tire. Scheduling and/or efficiency needs to be improved.

Oil Change Blues
They have done a large remodel. I?m doing so they no longer have an express lube. I can only guess that oil changes are a profitable part of their business. If you have a 2 hour wait - then put more personnel toward that part of the business. Figure it out - this is not making service ?Job 1?

60K F150 Service
Very nice service adviser. Extremely nice, new service area and customer lounge. Had to wait 2 hours even after an appointment, so that was a bit disappointing.
