Returned lease vehicle.

Returned lease vehicle. Sales Consultant Rachid & General Sales Manager, Matthew Krusez made the transition (to pick up my new 4th lease vehicle w/Grubbs) very smooth & easy. I also want to recognize the Service Dept. - they have always been great to work with when maintaining all my lease vehicles.

Great service experience.

Great service experience. Encouraged to use their Lyft service rather than wait. So nice to go directly door to door rather than the old courtesy car run around town with other customers. Service staff saw me exit Lyft, opened my car door, handed me the key & said he’d return with my paperwork so I could be on my way. Best service experience ever, 5 stars

Car buying experience was ok.

Car buying experience was ok. But we were told someone would explain the bells and whistles. Not so. Was also told I could bring the car back for cleaning. Not so. I love my car but wish the xx wasn’t part of the sell.
