Not bad, not great.
Not bad, not great. I wanted to buy a car here. Super responsive and kind staff, no question about that. Including for OTD breakdowns. However, their doc fee is insane ($699). Also, if you are interested in an EV, they don't support the credit at point of sale. If neither of those affect your purchase, I would recommend them. Definitely not a sketchy dealer, but a few points that prevent me from giving a 5 star rating.

Not a dealership to go to in my opinion they use to be not sure what happened to them high doc fees tint fees on 7k mile truck which they charge even tho it was already on there and cowbell offers on your trade then won't budge on their price you have alot of choices where to buy from I wouldn't pick this one lost a 45k sale because of 750 bucks

Bill Luke did not disappoint.
Bill Luke did not disappoint. After dealing with the horrors of other local dealerships and having two deals fall through, I was reluctant to even buy my car from a dealership. I found the exact car that I wanted online and called Bill Luke. Jacob from internet sales, helped me. He was awesome. I told him exactly what I wanted and he assured me that they could make that happen. I told him I did not wanna haggle once I got there. I told Jacob I wanted this to be a good experience. No going back-and-forth. He totally delivered on this promise. He set me up with Chandler. Chandler was amazing. He accompanied me on a test drive. We laughed and joked and had a great time. I test drove the vehicle. Fell in love with it. By the time I got back from the test drive, my paperwork is ready to sign. Full transparency. Cash deal. No dealer adds. Exactly what they promised… So I sat down with Christian. He helped me with all of the paperwork. He was awesome. I told him of my horrible experiences with Bell Honda. He listened and agreed that they suck. It’s nice to feel listened to and supported in your struggle. I had had a horrible week and these guys were just what I needed. Paperwork took just a few minutes. Super easy to do with their awesome digital desk screen thingy. Cool feature. The next day, I was stuck at work and let Chandler know that I would be in a little later to pick up my car. He was so sweet! He offered to bring it to me. An hour later, Chandler showed up at my building with keys, New car parked at valet. It was awesome. 180 from any experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. I highly recommend Bill Luke and this is coming from someone who despises dealerships. Every person I dealt with was professional and fun to deal with. It’s no wonder they’ve been in business since 1927. Keep it up. Bill Luke is the ONLY dealership in the valley that I would recommend and I just shopped for cars for three months solid. They’re a pleasure to work with.
