Worked with Chandler during the purchase of our used vehicle. He was friendly, easy to work with, and made the process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Upper management knows nothing about customer service here. I purchased my Fiat 500L at Bill Luke a decade ago. I recently brought my car in as it was pausing when driving. While the diagnosis came to about $2,000 in work needed, I realized a simple tune-up would fix the immediate problem. I didn't need new motor mounts, etc., just a new battery as my own local mechanic could do the rest. Meanwhile in service at Bill Luke: My car was in the shop for three weeks for a battery. Because of delay, I needed a two-week rental car. I brought the car in drivable with no overheating issues. I had to tow it out with a "Do Not Start" sign on the window due to a coolant leak, that was not an issue when I dropped it off. Despite knowing my car was no longer drivable, the service department parked it in a narrow alley at the end of a row where a tow truck couldn’t reach it. I needed three people to help me push my car out of the spot and down the aisle to get it towed. And worse, when I reached out to the marketing department to ask if there was still a $259 battery special, (I paid $500), never in my life have I encountered a ruder employee in any business than Mariah Kelly (Address her as just "Kelly" or she'll scream at you.) Sick of this nonsense, I called Eric Luke to tell him what was going on in his family name. He mentioned the $259 sale was available but at a DIFFERENT BILL LUKE DEALER. That's customer service Bill Luke style. After all I'd been through, a good customer service person would have said, "No problem, I'll extend the $259.00 price from our other shop." But that's not the Bill Luke way. GOOD LUCK.

What a xxxx show. They sold me a LEMON described as a ‘buy back courtesy’ An uncertified Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. With a ‘tire sensor repaired fully’ turns out it was the entire sensor board which promptly went off on my home. First, they quoted me one price for my trade and the actual price of the vehicle then in Finance the numbers were different. Claiming a ‘tax savings’ which was not MY savings. I took the vehicle to my local Hyundai dealer where it spent a month being serviced. This car was lemon lawed according to my Hyundai dealer and undisclosed to me by Bill Lukes at the time of sale. This prevents me from having the full Hyundai warranty. The car was never certified by a Hyundai dealer before being re-sold to me. And if I want it certified it will come out of my pocket. It took a week to get a manager to return my call and only after I sent an email detailing my experience. I called this manager every 30 minutes for a whole day and still no response. Totally unacceptable treatment of a customer. This was and is THE worst car dealer experience I have ever had. Do not trust these people.

Stacey, I am sorry to hear that you are still unsatisfied after we spoke multiple times and went over the documents you signed in regards to all the figures agreed upon and the buyback disclosures at the time of sale. Unfortunately, some of the issues with your vehicle are out of our control and not all claims true. We also re-imbursed you for the tax difference you perceived to try and help correct any misunderstanding from your purchase. I am always willing to discuss this further with you at your discretion.
You reimbursed me with a check that absolves you of all responsibility. And you have not responded to my calls since. The disclosure you refer to was incorrect. And the car was not in safe driving condition when I drove it home. There was no lemon law disclosure at signing. Selling lemon lawed vehicles should be a crime in the first place. These cars should be certified 100% safe before being sold. This is just a bad practice. And I have read many reviews and see that this is a common issue with your dealership. Buyer beware.
Such a sad place. Watch out as they take emails from the web when selling a car and then send unsolicited lowball offers. I emailed them to not spam me yet they have sent additional emails in VIOLATION OF THE LAW. FYI - Their offer was 20.5K and Carv*n* offered 24.6 and I ended up selling it for $26K. These are LOWBALLERS and they spam you. I do not even live in AZ!

Sales process was good, financing is a different story. Add on of over $2800 00 were glossed over then hidden in a email of the paperwork that I was not able to open. I called to cancel unwanted add ons after I received a printed version. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BILL LUKE DEALERSHIPS.

It's great to hear that we were able to help you out. Our goal is to make sure everyone who walks through the door leaves happy. Thank you for choosing Bill Luke Tempe!
Vehicle sale process was full of surprises, car is imaged and quoted with a set of premium sport tires and on arrival 3 different types of low end (<$100) tires are on the vehicle with no price adjustment. Car doesn't drive straight after already being through their service center. Smoke damage on seats in hidden locations not disclosed or priced for. And no adjustability on a price that is already market leading with none of these faults. Was told my 3 day $1500 reservation I paid for would start when the vehicle arrived and was then told upon viewing it I had to either buy it that minute or lose my reservation, with no option to reprice for possible screen damage, interior damage, drivetrain issues, and fradulently represented tires (classic bait and switch otherwise known as fraud). Luckily I had this experience after shopping for cars for a few years, a newer buyer might have been dragged under by the aggressive techniques. Would not expect this from Bill Luke, sworn off them in all locations now!
