Jade and Grubbs Team gave me excellent customer service. Jade answered all my questions and made sure my car was ready on time to leave for work. She followed up with me and made sure my car was okay and if I needed anything I had her number. She also helped me with installing my license plate and printed off instructions to program my garage remote access. Thank you Jade and the Grubbs Team for taking good care of me!!

Scott was very helpful and communicated well. When I arrived there were no loaners available and he tracked one down for me. The issue was hard to reproduce and he worked closely with service to get to the bottom of it.
