Great experience overall.

Great experience overall. No pressure and willing to answer any and all questions. Bought the car we wanted and they detailed and topped off gas before picking up Atta boy Chris Douglas 😏

Jarrett was very professional and helpful during my last

Jarrett was very professional and helpful during my last service visit. He provided lug bolts for my tires at no charge to me. My waiting time for the service of my vehicle as within the time fare, he quoted. I have an appointment for Maintenace work that need to be done for safety and security on my vehicle. Thank you Jarrett for your care and concern.

For a $90 oil change and tire rotation you would think

For a $90 oil change and tire rotation you would think that you would get a wash. None. Didn't even get asked. No coffee in lobby. Lots of employees walked by it and never made any. I asked service adviser about the oil change and tire rotation special they had online. He didn't know anything about it or even looked. Girl at counter gave me my bill and I asked again about the special and she stated the adviser has to put it on the paperwork and entry. How can he put it down if he didn't even know about it. Communication is poor in my opinion buy it is just a service department.

I reached out to the dealership about a new Silverado LTZ

I reached out to the dealership about a new Silverado LTZ through their website and was put in contact with Matt Taylor. I had competing OTD pricings for similarly equipped trucks from multiple other dealerships. Initially, James Wood's AutoPark was not competitive with their pricings (based on website listing price). After working with Matt we were able to get close in pricing to the others. Here's where Matt and James Wood AutoPark were able to shine. They offer, but do not have mandatory dealer add-ons. The other dealerships had mandatory dealer add-ons ranging from $1,400-$1,700 (really, $400 to fill tired with nitrogen? etc.). That in itself made James Wood AutoPark the first dealership I planned to visit to try to work out a deal (w/ a trade-in). Matt was patient to answer questions (very knowledgeable) and never pushy. I left that day with a deal in place and just had to wait for the truck to be delivered, which was two weeks out. Three days later the truck was delivered and on the fourth day we closed the deal. Working with the Finance Manage (Juan) was a delight and straightforward. There were offers for extended warranties, but zero pressure tactics. Once I stated I was not currently interested there wasn't any further discussion and the final paperwork was completed quickly. A+++ experience! Seriously give Matt and James Wood AutoPark consideration on your next purchase. After dealing with other dealerships this is one that is not into games and wants to make fair deals and earn your business.

Poor quality control.

Poor quality control. Air filter service minder was on when we dropped it off for service. it was still on when we picked it and the air cleaner wasn't even checked because it wasn't changed. Brought it in also for a suspension noise in the front end. Warranty work was performed but there is still a noise in the front end. on a separate matter I've been trying to get a quote on a 100,000 mile tune up for my other car (2016 ATS) and cant even get that.
