Put a $1K deposit back in July for an NX350h.

Put a $1K deposit back in July for an NX350h. Insisted that he confirm in writing that the deposit was refundable, which he did. Fast forward early November. I asked for my deposit to be refunded. Vlad said I had to stop by to have my cc swiped. I stopped by on a Saturday and he then claimed the system had just changed and they didn't need to swipe my credit card. Ok, they promised to post the refund on Monday. Of course nothing happened. Called a week later and they promised to get back to me by end of day which they did not. At this point I am disputing the charge through the credit card company.

Excellent service from Eddie Garcia

Eddie, the Lexus service advisor, went above and beyond to help our brand new NX350 fixed. He not only explained the issues and needed repairs in detail but also followed through every step of the way to make sure the vehicle got fixed in a timely manner. Eddie was very courteous, professional, and attention to detail. Overall, we were satisfied with the service that the Lexus service department provided.

I have been bringing multiple Lexus cars here for service over 5 years. Appointments are always kept at the time booked. Haresh is helpful to order repairs required and repairs recommended to fit the budget.
