The dealer itself was great, nice.

The dealer itself was great, nice. I contacted dealer and received the email back right away. But when I tested drive, asking the salesman about the car, he didn’t tell me anything. After I purchased, I found out the imperfections of the car, not even knew the history of the car. After the purchase, I called my salesman requesting the info of the options that I paid for to send to me. Up until now I didn’t hear anything from him, I still don’t have the information, little disappointed.

Haresh my service coordinator is the best. He’s well educated and able to explain the needs of service and why. Makes you feel he genuinely cares and makes you feel that you can trust all his recommendations. I feel that is something lacking in all areas if the automotive industry. Trust is what I need as a single woman. He is priceless to your dealership!

It was a wonderful experience. I was treated respectfully, the claims advisor understood my problem and immediately scheduled an appointment. I received a follow up on my service with the video on what was wrong with my vehicle. I called Jose back. Very nice individual. He explained the issues with my vehicle and was very courteous and helpful. I will come back to Lexus for future service.

Best service ever

On a day I needed to be somewhere important, my car decided to act up and almost not start. I called Lexus of Arlington Hts Il and they immediately got me into service and provided me with a loaner car. Jose, my service rep, then found out what was wrong and my car was fixed, with the issue under warranty, and I was back in my car the very next day. This is why I drive a Lexus. The service in unsurpassed.
