Prompt service, very nice waiting area and amenities. Discounts taken during initial quote for the work I had done didn’t all show up on final bill. Had to have them redo final bill.

Haresh knows what service my car needs to keep it running at 315k! In and out in minimal time. Loaner provided if needed. Have had my car serviced at Arlington Lexus for over 10 years.

Great service department! Efficient service - car maintenance finished in less time than expected. I live in South Barrington but I continue to visit Arlington Lexus for both Sales and Service.

Important thing is to fix the problem, which they did....

Important thing is to fix the problem, which they did. It was a bit of trial and error. When told them I couldn’t spend any more, they did more work with more parts and labor but held the charges at the level that I told them that I could not pay any more. Loaner car allowed me to continue bro meet my obligations.
