I have bought several cars from this particular dealership. My salesman Derien Chatman was amazing ESPECIALLY considering I didn’t visit the dealership that day with the intent to buy~I was literally just window shopping on my dream car. From the head guy (Roosevelt) to everyone else, they all worked together to help me walk away with my dream car!

Wesley was great. Didn’t harass me with calls and the price was what we discussed vie text and phone. Was fair on trade too. Randy was easy to work with and so was finance.

It is the staff that makes this dealership. Everyone is putting in their best to make the things happen for you. The place is old and could use a renovation. They are up and up on touchless tech and automated process to keep the things moving safely. Car sales do take time but I wish it the process could be sped up.

Neil was great. Excellent customer service. I need to bring back my Jeep. Had an alignment done now at high speeds I feel the vehicle shaking .

The maintenance for my 2014 truck is always reliable. Normally, I am able to take a shuttle. However, shuttles are not available on weekends. That is the only reason you did not get 5 stars.

I had all sorts of maintenance due and a check engine light. I also popped my tire right after I got my car back from service!!!! Bad day....thank you Stephanie and the team for quickly resolving my issues and getting my renegade up to speed with its service requirements. You guys are great!

I have to say that Neil is the best! I arrived on a Saturday with problems with my chrysler town country minivan! He is awesome. Kept me abreast via text message every step of the way as to the status of my vehicle. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend him! He's your man!

My sales person Philan Pettigrew was absolutely fantastic. I was able to complete most things via phone call and he shopped around to get me the best deal possible. The young lady in the finance department was very knowledgeable and pleasant, made the process go very smoothly.

Mr George was the salesman. He was experienced and straight forward. He did what a salesman is supposed to do in my humble opinion and did it with respect.
