Stephanie Garcia Is Awesome!

Stephanie Garcia is an awesome person to go purchase a car from. She will get you in a car as quick as possible. She cares so much about her customer's that she will go above and beyond for them no matter the situation. I have worked with her personally so I know how hard she works for her client's ?

Car shopper

This place is the sorryest excuse for a car dealership in Lubbock. The customer service is crap as well as their vehicles. Most of the priceing is outrageous for a USED car and the vehicles usually have to go to there shop once ypu purchase them.

What do you have to lose?

When my vehicle had run it's course, I wanted to get another used vehicle, but I had a budget. The sales people pretty much refused to sell me anything close to the vehicle I wanted, unless I had an enormous down payment. To a degree, I understood that, but what frustrated me is that they then tried to push off on me old model vehicals with so much mileage that they were a stone's throw from breaking down. They agresively tried to sell me a big, clunky, gas guzzler that reeked of cigarettes. And when I refused, the salesperson became obviously aggravated and tried to used my financial and personal situations to guilt and bully into buying the vehicle. On top of that, the monthly payment would have been almost as high as if I were making payments to a new vehicle, and the warranty was a joke! I went somewhere else, got EXACTLY what I wanted, wanted at a reasonable price, with people who acted professional, and genuinely had my best interest in mind.

Crummy service

This place was a joke. The lot was empty Of customers and the sales me we "busy". When someone finally came out, it's like the long haired man didn't want to sell a car, he tells us he can't give us a price on a car until AFTER her runs my credit. What kind of business is that. Then while we're getting back into our own car he says "and I want biweekly payments of $350". For a used car? Really? Good thing I went across the street and bought a car from sales men who wanted to sell cars.
