I drove to River Road to see a different dealer and happened to drive past this dealer on my way home. They were very welcoming, helped me with my credit situation and helped me get a really nice car. I recommend MAXX to everyone!

After many hours on the computer and several test drives of used cars,[both dealerships and used car lots], we decided to try Maxx Autos Plus. When entering the lot, we noticed the grounds were very neat. The cars were not too close to each other, and there was plenty of room to drive between rows. The cars were clean, although wet [it had been raining for several days]. I looked through the windows of other cars on the lot - all of them were extremely clean and seemingly in good condition. The salesman who greeted us, Lee Bontempo, was absolutely great. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to test drive, the associated sales price and most importantly, he was gracious, friendly, and patient . Our test drive was fantastic - not "just once around the block". It tested various components: brakes, steering, wheels, power, pick-up, etc. He spent quite a bit of time with us, allowing us to ask any questions we had, then allowed us to talk privately. We purchased the vehicle from him. It is in fantastic shape. Lee washed and shammied it for us while we completed the financial end of the purchase with the "finance guy". He then took the time to show us some of the finer features of the vehicle before we drove off the lot. [PS When we picked up the license plates and registration today, Lee greeted us very warmly, gave us the registration, and installed the license plates for us. It was rainy and wet, yet that was not a problem for Lee. He welcomed the opportunity to -- once again -- give us excellent service. I came in to MAXX Autos plus, just to look at a car and was approached and helped by Lee Bontempo, who not only found me a car in my price range that I am IN LOVE with, but also took the time to help address and give me examples on how to improve it. It has been a long time since i have purchased a vehicle, and was a little worried after my 87 year old grandmother was sold a unsafe, lemon from Harnish. So the treatment and respectful caring i was shown by Lee was a wonderful relaxing experience, that when i left i knew i was well taken care of, and will refer all i know here to Lee for a car. Had a great experience with Lee Bontempo. Very nice guy, we went on three different test drives, which were very thorough. We went up and down hills to see how the car drove, which I really appreciated. Ended buying a used 2005 Honda CRV. Had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone!
