I had a good experience.

I had a good experience. Mr. Newton was kind and courteous to my daughters and myself. He made sure that all my questions were answered and assured me that if I had any more questions that I could just call him at a later time, since it was pass the close of the business day. He went above and beyond the call of duty, by making sure I had a way to get the rental car home and the car that I just purchased.

I was looking to get a vehicle for my son but undecided

I was looking to get a vehicle for my son but undecided about the type. After my online research, I was able to find this Ford Edge 2014. Joselyn was the sales representative that helped me and very patient through the process. I appreciate her patience with my 4 year old daughter as I was going through the document review and signature. Great experience!

Please pay CAREFUL ATTENTION during contract signing, Jay at Toyota of Killeen will quote different numbers than you will be asked to pay later, I'm now stuck paying nearly $60,000 for a $44k vehicle due to this dealership's deceptive practices. I strongly advise anyone interested seek another dealership as often as possible.

Unfair Pricing and Lack of Transparency I had a very

Unfair Pricing and Lack of Transparency I had a very disappointing experience with Toyota of Killeen and feel obligated to warn others. The dealership charges $200/hour for labor, which is already high, but their billing practices make it worse: • I was initially charged for 10 gallons of coolant (my vehicle only needs 2.4 gallons), and it took me questioning the bill to have this corrected. • Despite being assured by the service advisor that bundling repairs (radiator, thermostat, timing belt) would save on labor costs, I was charged as though each job was done separately. Overlapping labor steps were not fairly discounted. They eventually applied small discounts, but they felt more like a token gesture rather than a real effort to address the overcharges. It’s frustrating that I had to fight for corrections when I trusted them to be fair and transparent. If you’re considering service here, I recommend being extremely cautious and reviewing your invoice thoroughly. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t return, and I expected much better from a Toyota dealership.

I drove one hour each way to Killeen to look at a car

I drove one hour each way to Killeen to look at a car that I was told was in stock. I test drove the car. We discussed a price, which I accepted. I then told the salesman that I would be paying $10,000 down with cash and financing the remainder with my bank. He left and returned a few minutes later, stating that he was sorry, the car was already sold. However, the car still shows as available for sale on their website. Scummy behavior and a total waste of time. I could never trust them and would never do business with them.

Called for online sales.

Called for online sales. Texted back and forth for 2 days on a 2023 Toyota 4Runner. Their final price was not acceptable! They refused to budge. Guess they didn’t want to make a sale. This was in no way shape or form a discount! Many more dealerships on down the road that will work with you, but not this one!

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. While in for routine service, I advised the service rep that I would like to order a top rack end cap for my 4Runner if it was under $50. The rep advised it was and ordered the part ($47) When Toyota called I drove in to pick up the part and it was obviously the wrong part. Toyota acknowledged that it was the wrong part and ordered the replacement, stating that it should be less expensive than the wrong part, that they would credit the difference and call me when the part came in. Three weeks and no call, so I called them. The part was there and apparently had been for some time. When I came in to pick it up, they told me that this 2oz piece of plastic cost $195 ($20 on Amazon) and that I owed the difference. I was flummoxed and paid the difference. When I got home and examined the invoice, the credit I received for the wrong part was about $10 less that what I initially paid for the wrong part. So- wrong part, bad pricing advice, no call when the part arrived and less credit for my initial purchase than what I paid. Like I said, very disappointed.

McKenzie with Toyota of Killeen was literally the best

McKenzie with Toyota of Killeen was literally the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She went far beyond out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle only because after her exhaustive search, she could not find a vehicle that would fit our time frame. If we weren’t such an odd case, we would have waited and bought a vehicle from her hands down.
