Bought a truck from this place.
Bought a truck from this place. I knew it needed struts and brakes. A week later I got the parts installed just to find a huge oil leak and transmission issue. After contacting them Tony agreed to fix the issues. After 4 months they had the oil leak fixed and never addressed the transmission issue. They agreed again they would fix it and agreed to replace the torque converter. They pulled the transmission and found the torque converter was replaced and the transmission was rebuilt. This had a 24 month NON TRANSFERABLE warranty with the last owner. They never fixed it, they put it back together with the old parts and told me to pick it up. Sales manager tony tells me nothing he does is good enough for me.....no ,tony.....you agreed to fix it and backed out of the agreement. I have proof of all promises and lies. He claims he would find me another vehicle but it had to have enough play in the price to eat the costs of repairs on the junk vehicle. Bottom line is he screwed me big time selling me this 15k truck....it was his buddies truck so I guess that should have been a red flag. Now I have to go into more debt with this oil burning and transmission issue of a truck. Bottom line is I will never buy from any bauman again

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware Bought a used truck told was checked out by service so far water pump dripping and has a miss on light acceleration at 40-50. Hopefully coils and plugs I ordered will fix this. Should have kept my jeep

At Baumann Chevrolet, the entire staff from sales to service are there to take care of their customers. I had a dying battery on my Suburban and attempted to charge the battery but wasn’t sure how to connect a charger to the battery. I called the salesman. He told me he’d be right over and give me a jump. He called the service department once he got the vehicle started to make sure they had a battery. I drove to the dealership where they were waiting for me. Once they confirmed a dying battery, they replaced it while I waited.
