Buyer beware Bought a used truck told was checked out by service so far water pump dripping and has a miss on light acceleration at 40-50. Hopefully coils and plugs I ordered will fix this. Should have kept my jeep

At Baumann Chevrolet, the entire staff from sales to service are there to take care of their customers. I had a dying battery on my Suburban and attempted to charge the battery but wasn’t sure how to connect a charger to the battery. I called the salesman. He told me he’d be right over and give me a jump. He called the service department once he got the vehicle started to make sure they had a battery. I drove to the dealership where they were waiting for me. Once they confirmed a dying battery, they replaced it while I waited.

Called and set up a appointment to look at a GMC Acadia was told there was room for negotiation on the price ...the sales guy was not willing to work any kinda deal out on price at all! Wouldn't even hear my offer he just cut me off and said well I don't know who you talked to when you called but there's no deals! it was very obvious he just wanted to leave for the day . Left feeling disappointed and annoyed that I wasted my time oh and only wanted to give me 300 for my car as a trade in haha! said it was scrap well it's not scrap! And even if it was I'd get more then 300 dollars for it at a junkyard/scrap yard!!

Found a used focus that I wanted to buy. Came to an agreement on the price and was told I had a deal. Hours before I was going to drive to pick it up, was told they sold to someone else. This is NOT how you run a business. Horrible treatment of customers.
Thumbs down to this dealer. Was promised some fixes on a new car and they never kept their word to this day. MJ

Inquired about a used Ford Fusion. Got an email the next morning confirming it's avaliblilty, a call to set up a time to see it and again confirming it's avaliblilty, and another email confirming my time to see it. Drove an hour to the dealership only to find it had sold TWO DAYS ago. Supposedly it was due to the computer not updating and no one actually looking to see if it was still on the lot. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service I received and will be taking my business elsewhere.
