Found a used focus that I wanted to buy. Came to an agreement on the price and was told I had a deal. Hours before I was going to drive to pick it up,... was told they sold to someone else. This is NOT how you run a business. Horrible treatment of customers.
Thumbs down to this dealer. Was promised some fixes on a new car and they never kept their word to this day. MJ

I just bought my fourth car from Baumann Auto Group and they are awesome!! Brian Gentry has been my salesman in all the purchases and he is fantastic.... Always looking for the best deal possible for me. Treated me with respect and honesty. Tony the sales manager also helped me at the Baumann Chevy Genoa this time while Brian was out of the office and was wonderful too. Definitely will buy the next from Baumann.
Inquired about a used Ford Fusion. Got an email the next morning confirming it's avaliblilty, a call to set up a time to see it and again confirming it's... avaliblilty, and another email confirming my time to see it. Drove an hour to the dealership only to find it had sold TWO DAYS ago. Supposedly it was due to the computer not updating and no one actually looking to see if it was still on the lot. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service I received and will be taking my business elsewhere.
We would express sincere apologies and explain the youth of our BDC (Business Development Center) team. We introduced the BDC a few months ago and are... trying to work out the kinks. Again, it was our mistake and we are truly sorry for your inconvenience. If there is anything else you need please give us a call.
Wasn't able to make a deal but their staff is very helpful and gave a lot of effort to give me info and made them selves availible to me
Got back with me right away answered all questions and did not make up any excuses and really showed interest in helping me find what I wanted
Be sure to check over every inch of the vehicle's engine and body, and make sure ALL the gadgets work before signing any papers. Once the deal is done,... Baumann is done with you. If you don't thoroughly examine the vehicle before signing papers, and drive off the lot, and have a problem, it is too bad, so sad for you as you will be on your own. I noticed a 1 3/4 inch X 1/4 wide spot on the edge of the hood that had bubbled up paint. Ask Tony could it be repaired because we had just purchased van. He stated The State of Ohio does not hold dealer responsible after sale is complete. The estimate to fix is $200 for me to pay. I, myself, wondered if they could fix it out of the good will of their heart, but maybe there are state rules on giving out good will, and making the customer happy. Tony did take the time and look at my volume problem on Bluetooth, and fixed that for me. I worked with Michael on the sale and Curtis on the financial end. Both were very cordial. Was very disappointed that van was so dirty, few stains in carpet, and the back gate was packed with dead Mayflies. My Husband cleaned and washed the van, and now it looks like new.
Our salesman Nick did a great job explaining all the features on our Fusion. There were a couple things we weren't happy about,but the manager did talk... to us about them.On the whole our buying experience was good.Curtis was very professional and made sure we understood everything.
We drove a 2015 fusion intending to lease and we were told we couldn't lease a 2015. After buying this vehicle,we saw a lease offer at this dealership... for another 2015 fusion! We don't understand this.This experience has left us wondering if they were truthful with us.we love the car,but I'm not sure that we would trust this dealership.
Good luck getting ahold of a service person to schedule service work. Unless you don't mind calling and calling and calling.....
