Patricia at covert was exceptional, great communication and made sure i was comfortable with everything. Pick up was also a breeze.

The techs are incompetent and the repairs take forever!

The techs are incompetent and the repairs take forever! Have had to bring several repairs back for the same issue. Techs have flat out given up on some repairs altogether

Had to schedule a month out for a rental, scheduler

Had to schedule a month out for a rental, scheduler didn't have the rental when I arrived. Part was on hand but took 2 business days to install, was told they have more work than techs which is an over scheduling issue to me. Then they broke something else during the service and now I have to fight to get that fixed. Can't get called back from the server department manager after a week still.

They were helpful getting my car diagnosed and into the

They were helpful getting my car diagnosed and into the shop. (I live in San Antonio and I had a breakdown outside of Austin. I dropped it off on Mother's Day) The communication was good until the work had started. Granted, they couldn’t get to my car until Wednesday. I received a call saying that it would possibly be done on Friday. Friday morning rolled around and I couldn’t get an answer as to when the work would be completed. If it was going to done before noon, I was going to take the day off to pick it up. I finally got an answer that it would be ready. Patricia, my service writer was very helpful throughout the entire process. Minus a couple hiccups with communicating when the vehicle would be ready. When I picked it up, it was fast and smooth. There are a few things that I’m unsatisfied with. First, I was charged for coolant. When I checked the engine, the coolant container was empty. Second, I had to drive back to San Antonio with the heat on because my temp gauge was just shy of red lining. Third, my AC does not work since I had my vehicle worked on at that dealer.

Alan was extremely helpful.

Alan was extremely helpful. He really was great with communication via text and helping us understand what was being done to our Jeep, along with when it would be fixed!
